The lawn crew showed up at 930 am and got started right away. The team lead of the crew reminded them that I also wanted the grass cut on the other side of my fence which is in the city park. No questions the team opened the gate and in no time had mowed on the city park side. What a bunch of professionals, I would recommend them to anyone needing their lawn cut.

I have used several different places over the years and they are the absolute best! My lawn always looks amazing when theyre done. They re also so fast my dogs barely have a chance to complain someone is in their space. I d refer them to anyone without a doubt.

Whoever runs this company, runs it right. They always answer the phone when I call, the lady who answers -- usually Jennifer, I think -- knows me and seems to remember me and my property (or at least convincingly pretends to), they call before they show up, they show up when they say they will, theyre accommodating, etc. Ive had some small issues here and there, but nothing worth less than a glowing review.

I would NEVER use them again! Patric CO OWNER came with a crew to String Trim around all structures, fence line, trees and inbetween , pertruding tree stumps, above ground swimming pool, and around dog kennel.. Also crew to Spray Weeds in and around items noted above. When done Patric came to me and said if you have any issues or need something touched up to call him. The weather was raining off and on for three weeks before i called The Lawn Dude, LLC to tell them areas were missed both in Spraing and String Trimming. When I told the receptenist she said she would contact her supervisor and get back with me, she never called me. I called again two days later and was told Patric was no longer with the Company and that what ever he told me they could not warrentey what his crew or himself said or did because he is no longer with the business. my bill was $487.13 paid in full for WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT STAND UP TO THERE WORD!!!!~ .

From my very first call to ask about their services, to the lawn service itself, I have had an exceptional experience. Their customer service is top tier! I had routine lawn service done every two weeks for around 6 months. Any time I need to skip due to the lawn not growing (dormant winter) they rescheduled me and only charged when a service was completed. I loved their auto-pay feature and their text reminders too. They were always prompt, quick and the lawn looked great every time. The neighbors complimented the upkeep often. When it came time to cancel services, a simple text notifying them did the trick. They answered quickly assuring me that my auto-pay was canceled and they invited me to reach out if I needed service again. That Lawn Dude has been hands-down the BEST lawn service I have ever used! Just wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to the whole team for doing such an excellent job!

Lawn ninjas. Never saw them, just came home to a pristine lawn. Cut, edged and blown to perfection. Got sent an invoice in an email and paid a very reasonable $70 ($50 plus some overgrown charges that I more than agree with).

Really great work I appreciate the clean up and the detail to not blow the grass clippings under my garage doors. Easy to quickly communicate with so my grass can be cut. Thank you guys for everything over the last year an a half!!

Lawn dude does lawn services on several properties for my company that I work for. They came and did Lawn Care at the company dented up my car broke the windshield by throwing rocks. We were communicating at first and now theres no communication at all. Now I have to file a claim on my car and come up with a $500 deductible. Not good business yall.

10/10 will forever use this lawn care service. The gentleman that cut my yard had 26+ years of service and it really shows! Very professional and thorough work. Can t beat the price, and they work with you on weekly/biweekly scheduling.

When we first came on with them Jason came out and told us what we needed to do to get our St. Augustine in the front yard healthy. We have followed Jasons plan for our yard and its never looked better. The crews that have serviced our property have always been very professional and very knowledgeable. Weve had tree trimming done and bush trimming on a few occasions which has always left our house looking amazing! As we are getting older and with our day to day life we are happy that our lawn is one less thing we have to worry about because The Lawn Dude handles it for us!

They have been servicing my rental units for 1 year. Always done extremely efficiently.

The person who took my call was pleasant and was able to schedule me right away. They came to mow while I was out of the house. When I drove up, I could barely tell anyone had been by. This is not their fault because its been so dry that most of my lawn is brown now. I should have been able to tell by the edging, but while there were large sections that looked freshly edged, there were areas that did not. By the way, I had told the intake person that I wanted sharp edging. But I could definitely tell based on the grass debris left right in front of the door. I let the dog out and heard a yelp. When I went to look, I saw my dog limping & moving away from a bunch of black stuff in the grass in the backyard. I realized it was a plastic plant pot that had been obliterated into tiny sharp shards all though the grass. The dogs paw was bleeding and were lucky the kids didnt step on it. I inspected the remainder of the backyard. They moved my sprinkler heads which will take time and effort to re-bury and re-calibrate. I dont have time for that now because Im picking through the grass to find all the sharp pieces of plastic left embedded. And then I found another plastic plant saucer that had also been broken into tiny sharp pieces in the grass. These are clear plastic so thats going to be fun. I understand things happen with the weedeaters, but they didnt pick up the stuff they broke and they didnt warn me that I might need to do a check before using the yard. What little bit of green I have left in the yard was mown unevenly with wide tire treads. I would not recommend.

With our busy schedules, we hired to The Lawn Dude to maintain our property. Jason came out and assessed the yard so that we could figure out how to bring our neglected St. Augustine back to health. With all of their hard work our yard has never looked better and we couldnt be more thankful for this company!

On 09/29/22, I had my yard cut by this company. The young man on the riding lawn mower was caught on my security cameras riding way too fast and actually snagged and damaged my fence as a result of his negligence (riding too fast and getting carelessly too close to my fence). Then he and his coworker (they both saw the damage and ignored it) didn t even bother contacting me to tell me. If I didn t have cameras I would have never known the moment they damaged my fence. The alleged Supervisor came out to my home and rather than resolve the issue immediately and monetarily via the payment amount for the damages for my fence guy to repair he foolishly pulled at my fence (as if that would fix it back to its original state) then when I said that wouldn t be sufficient he stated he needed my fencer to repair first and then they would reimburse for my damage. Isn t that something?! Scammers! To this day I have yet to be reimbursed for my damages. It s my fault for not leaving these guys alone after the very first time they cut my lawn about 2mths ago. Everytime they have cut my lawn, they left heavy trimmings all over the yard making it look almost worse than before they cut because it looked like hay was left all over my otherwise lovely green grass. Horrible lawn service don t use these guys! They re rip offs!

This is the company you want servicing your lawn needs! They ve helped bring back my grass when I though it would need to be replaced fully, gotten rid of pesky grub worms and helped remove some unwanted shrubbery. The knowledge, care and responsiveness to our needs is above and beyond, we ve been loyal customers for 3 years! Won t go to anyone else so if you are wondering who to call, it s THE LAWN DUDE!

I had called them 3 weeks ago. They promised to come in the first week of April at a agreed price. No one showed up. So I called two more times. The second time I called they increased the price. Very unreliable and not trustworthy at all.

Hired to mow, dissatisfaction with what they think is a professional job. As my job prevented me from doing my yard, wife surprised me with hiring a professional company to help. I sure was surprised! They were told to mow high to keep yard from burning, it is cut lower than ever, edging what they did looks bad, missed a lot. Guess weed eating around trees and under bushes were extra cause they didn t do it. Wife didn t read negative reviews cause this is reoccurring with them. I also see they will most likely say I had the wrong company (The Lawn Dude).

Scheduled an appointment a few days ahead of time. When the day came we sat inside waiting all day. We called them around 5pm to make sure they were still coming and the receptionist said absolutely and that their work day doesnt end till 9pm...so we waited till 9pm and nothing. Its really poor to blow off customers that way. No phone call, no text message, no responsiveness whatsoever

Part of the services are blowing the grass off, we can rake it and get grass piles. Im not sure we will be need your services. I will call during business hours.time today.

Grass blowing was dileberlity blow into my garage. Many places not mowed. Tree boarders driven over. They didnt care when I called them.

I was looking for someone to mow my lawn, usually my husband does it but we just got so busy we didn t have time to do it. We looked up places to come out, and we are very picky with our lawn. The lawn dude did amazing!! The edging was perfect & our yard looks fantastic. We will definitely have him come out again

Really good experience with this company. The worker(s) always come through and do an excellent job, from free quotes to an awesome job with no need for fixes or adjustments-just as expected. They always answer the phone too, and return your calls- a big plus. They do not have a set time/ clock hour of the day to work on your lawn on the assigned day, but the job is so well done that it does not matter in the end. The job gets done, and gets a timely rescheduling if it is raining. Sent us a holiday card even. I absolutely love this company.

This company is great, I have personally spoke with Hannah and Amanda and they are extremely helpful. A worker named Jason came by, walked my entire lawn with me and went over every issue he saw and also gave me recommendations on what to do if I become a home owner since we are currently renting. He is extremely knowledgeable on the grass here in Texas and will give you a run down on how to maintain your yard for a great quality lawn. I am currently having a few dry patch issues and over watering in an area where I am unable to control the sprinkler system. If you go to a lawn company, I highly recommend The Lawn Dude . They are timely, extremely profession, knowledgeable, prices are reasonable and just all around good people.

My husband being very picky about how his yard looks is a understatement. We found the lawn dude when he had to have surgery and was not able to care for the yard. The first time they came out to service our yard Jeremy meet with him and discussed what he expected and how he wanted everything done. Jeremy and his crew has done a outstanding job in keeping the yard up to his standards. I would highly recommend the lawn dude.

I have been unable to mow the lawn recently so we signed up with The Lawn Dude over a month ago. They offer recurring service only with your credit card on file. For our standard lawn, is was $40 per mow plus a charge for it being overgrown the first time. The initial call, confirmation, and follow-up call was great. They skipped the next scheduled mowing without any attempts to contact us. 4 weeks after the first mow they returned and instead of picking up a bright, yellow grocery bag that flew into our yard, they ran it over spreading it over the lawn and left it there. They did something similar the first visit, but we dismissed that as a fluke because our lawn was overgrown. After the second time, I contacted them and was told they would have the manager call me. They never called me. I understand stuff happens, but I do not appreciate being dismissed. I have called and requested to cancel the service but could only leave a message during business hours.

So thankful for their service fast workers and really friendly. Would definitely refer them to others! Great job you guys

Im so glad I found The Lawn Dude. I live out of town and he takes care of my rental. He is fast, professional, and most importantly -trustworthy-. I called last Tuesday to schedule a lawn service, while it was slightly inconvenient that they were not available until Friday, I went ahead and scheduled anyway. When Friday morning was rained out I called to see if they were going to need to reschedule and was assured they would contact me if nobody could make it out. Nobody contacted me. I called on Monday to see what the problem was and if someone would be out to mow the lawn and was told Let me contact the guys, I will get right back to you. I still havent heard from them. This is downright unprofessional.

I have been using The Lawn Dude for about a year now. I was hesitant at first due to the fact that I previously had Trugreen coming to fertilize and they killed my grass. Once The Lawn Dude began coming I saw a transformation in my yard in just a few weeks. They have been very reliable and professional. Over time they have made a few suggestions on how to improve the appearance of my lawn. They have customized a maintenance schedule based on my lawns needs (I have 2 different types of grass in the front and back), and they even have me on a fertilization schedule. I always get a reminder text prior to them coming out. They always show up (aside from times when we have heavy rain), and even then, they let me know when they will be by to take care of the yard. I get compliments on my yard all of the time! I would definitely recommend this company!

The Lawn Dude! Was extremely prompt, professional, and offered excellent customer service. I called on a Thursday and they came the very next morning for service. We also have a pool and they were careful not to get any clippings or other debris in the pool. Jason who was the head landscaper who came out was thorough with explaining services and listened to my concerns and questions. Overall, a very happy customer and am looking forward to our Lawn being manicured by The Lawn Dude!

These Dudes do a great job. Every time we need a cut we jus call and they come out. They truly are a great company. Our lawns look great. If it rains hard, they reschedule. If then the grass goes nuts and grows a foot in a week, they come back. Their prices are more than competitive, professional equipment and they will electronic bill you.

Love the Lawn Dudes!!!!! ... Jason and his crew are professional and really know their stuff ... they are fast yet very very thorough ... they even rejuvenated my flower bed and added more greenery to it as I wanted ... on top of all that they referred me to their tree guy who helped me find the perfect tree for my front yard ... Hannah is also the best!!!! ... she is so friendly when you call and listens to your needs ... she is very prompt to return your calls if you get the answering machine ... overall this company is top notch and they dont over charge ... wish more companies were like this!!! ... been with The Lawn Dudes for two years and will not go anywhere else!!!!

They did a decent job on the lawn, but charged my wife over double the agreed upon price because the lawn had weeds. Also they stated they were going to do hedges, then informed my wife that hedges were 40 bucks extra. We barely have any hedges. They did a decent job, but any lawn services in the Killeen area will mow well. They just keep raising their price over and over and didnt do the agreed upon job. Edit: Just discovered your people also broke a spigot. Thanks. Great service.

I used The Lawn Dudes services for about 2 yrs until I recently relocated. I always found them to be Professional, Polite, prompt and flexible when needed. My very last experience with them is what prompted me to write this review. The morning they were scheduled to do my last service (cut and trim the lawn and overgrown bushes) I woke up to drizzle with a prediction of rain all day. When I called them, they had cancelled all of their scheduled jobs for the day. When I informed them that my Move Out inspection from my rental property was the next morning - they went ahead and came to my house to provide the needed services. Without their caring attitude I feel i would have forfeited a large percentage of my deposit. I would absolutely recommend them to Anyone - In a Heartbeat!!!
