Charles was very prompt and came to look at our garden within a day or 2 of contacting us. He arrived on time, made some suggestions to benefit ourselves and asked questions about specific details. He asked things we hadn't thought about so this was really useful. He was very friendly and professional. Everyone was very accommodating and flexible of our ideas. Matt was so lovely and helped talk the whole process through. Matt and his team we very respectful and tidy. They didnt leave a huge mess behind or ruin our driveway with the skip and concrete mixer. We really love our patio and pergola. It looks excellent and neat. We would 100% use them again. I was sad to see them go.
Charles and his team have just done the hard landscaping for our somewhat complex garden project and have been EXCELLENT. Polite, hard working and remarkably efficient. Can't wait to take the next steps into soft landscaping with them over the coming months!

Managed to fit me in alongside a couple of other jobs and turned my new build garden into my dream garden. Took a bit longer than expected, and there were a couple of points where communication could have been better, however the end result was what I wanted, and I'm very happy. Charles and his team are also very friendly, considerate, and hard working, and the quote was pretty much bang on. I'd also add Charles was very flexible when a skip I ordered didn't turn up, and helped me resolve the situation promptly. Would use again
A company with an excellent work ethic, and quality results. Some delays getting started, but winter weather is always unpredictable. We have used Charles Hoare for three jobs now and would not go anywhere else for landscaping work. Very pleased with the results. The team were also very polite & friendly, but most importantly they were considerate, and they left everything incredibly tidy.

The Jackson fencing was erected by the above company, from start to finish my requirements were achieved and my communications with the company were excellent. Special praise to Max of the installation team who was utterly professional and above all practical.

Charles Hoare levelled a section of our garden, and laid slabs as the base for a shed. His quotation was very detailed - most useful for seeing where our specification was adding costs, and for discussions to make modifications. He was happy to discuss changes, but robust in speaking up for aspects that would give long-term value. When it came to delivering the work, this happened to time, and was smoothly done, with a minimum of mess. So in summary, very happy, and will use him again.
Made an appointment bur failed to turn up, rang to ask if there was a problem, said they would ring back to make another appointment but never did. Laugh of it is couldnt be more local strange way to run a business.

Lovely landscaping company, very responsive, polite and not pushy. When I asked for additional quotes for work but didn t go ahead I was not pressured to go ahead. The fencing that has been fitted is solid and will survive the test of time. I highly recommend this business.

Operatives arrived prompt each day, very cooperative and obliging to minor requests despite not having the best of weather conditions. This company is superb,my fence came down on Monday, Charles came out the same day at the time he said,fencing ,posts etc arrived on Thursday, job was completed on Friday evening. The bloke who came to fix the fence is called Max he is brilliant he works dame hard the fence looks FAB and cleared up all the old fencing took it away and left the garden looking great. Thank you for a fantastic service would recommend this company perfect.

Charles and his team built a garden that I designed in Long Crendon. The while team were a pleasure to work with - from helping us specify the design to completing a highly professional build of the garden. The owners were highly complimentary about the team who were friendly and also reassuring when problems were encountered on site (as often happens). Everyone also commented on how tidy and organised they were.
Company look a fantastic company to work with, they are also very professional in their manner and provide excellent services. They are very busy.. so book early would be my advice. The work they carry out is of a very high standard with great after care service
