I've been working with Greenscape Landscapes for the last few months to clean out and begin rebuilding my yard in mid-town Key West. The owner Kai has a strong work ethic and has been great in working with me through a multi-staged project to build a "yardscape" that is appealing to the eye and wallet with a focus on long term growth. His regular updates were helpful in addressing issues in the yard and each time I was presented with options for how to proceed. I'd recommend this company for anyone looking to spruce up their own piece of paradise.
I have used Greenscape 3 times this summer. They were very professional. Kai the owner came right out as soon as I called. All the work was done wonderfully. I would highly recommend him and will use him again. He removed a really big stump and did it in a few hours and there wasn't any debris let behind at all. It was like it had never even been there. Then he trimmed up a tall palm, and today he removed a tall coconut tree. Very nice work.
Greenscape Landscape just finished lighting and sprinkler installation at my house …. wow !!! The installation was flawless and the system is so easy to use … the front and back of my house looks terrific … the owner Kai was there every step of the way and always stops by to see if I have any issues …. know that is service … highly recommend this company if you are looking to add value to your home ...great local company with ample knowledge of what it takes to get your vision completed

Kai first came to install lighting in my garden. He did a wonderful job. After discussing a few issues I have in the garden, I found him very knowledgeable. I hired him for a semi monthly maintenance. He and his crew are very efficient. I know my garden is now going in the right direction. Thank you.
Kai came out and set up an appointment to trim trees. I had to wait three weeks. The night before I sent a text to verify the appointment. Never heard from him and never showed up. Would not recommend. If he didn t want to do the job he should have told me instead of making me wait three weeks. Response: Seriously , now I think even less of you
Kai is beginning a renovation as I write this. I already have such trust in his approach, I told him... just do what u would if it was your. The crew is awesome. In just 3 hours and counting. The results are amazing. His reputation is stellar. Now I know why. And the owner is here working with his crew. Not in the office. Efficient crew transformed our overgrown yard. Just moved in to a new house, and the yard had been neglected for months. Kai and his crew came over and did a phenomenal job cleaning out the overgrowth and making the yard presentable. Left us with a manageable layout that we can maintain on our own.
Have used Greenscape since 2017 and always have been very satisfied. From large projects like hurricane clean-up to just replacing a few plants for me, I find them to be courteous, timely and deliver a quality result. Greenscape Landscaping has been taking care of our property for several years. They have not only added beautify palms and plants, but they have maintained them impeccably. They also designed and constructed a side walkway with rocks and stepping stones along with landscaping lighting to enhance the whole ambiance. Since we are not able to be at our property full time, it is nice to know that Greenscapes is there to check on our perimeter grounds while we are away. I would highly recommend their service.
