Mir Garden in Kerrville

Not reliable. The first appointment scheduled ant 10:00am did not showed. Call them at 10:45 am the receptionist told me she will find out where the team was and let me know. She never called back they never showed up. I called 4 times during the day. The last time after 4:00. I was really dissatisfied at that time. The receptionist was surprised and told me she thought they were there already and did not know what to say. She responded same thing that she was going to call them and see what happened. She never called back they never showed up. Really UNPROFESSIONAL

The MirGarden group arrived when they said they were and did a fantastic job. They trimmed my trees in the front yard which have not been attended to in many years. Very professional and courteous. I have them on speed dial for future yard care.

Whitney and her entire team are the best in the hill country. Responsive, reliable, kind and just really good at what they do. You can tell that they truly care about what they are producing and aren’t just throwing ideas out there for a quick fix. They made adjustments onsite and were transparent through the whole process. Mir Garden set up an extensive french drain in our backyard. The team was fabulous and worked very hard. We were very satisfied with the product and the professionalism. We will use them again!!!

We called MIR and they were at our house within 3-4 days. Amazing group of people that were here everyday, on time, ready to work. As hot as it has been, they stuck with it and got the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done!

We called Mir Garden to plant 7 trees and they were able to get us on their schedule within a week. The Team arrived, I showed them where the trees were to be planted and they went straight to work and completed the planting in 4 hours. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward. The service provided went above and beyond, we asked the day before they were scheduled to come if they would stop at another location and pick up some large rocks for our dry creek bed and without hesitation they said they would pick up on the way. Pricing is very reasonable and customer service exceptional. We will continue to use their services and have asked for a quote to sod our backyard.
