I'm in Kerrville on 6 acre family ranch. We live back and forth between Alaska and Texas. The grass was definitely over grown and Luis (Owner) had great communication. Luis definitely gave a good and fair price for work that was needed. I called him last minute and he was willing to work by himself on a Sunday. I offered a Sunday premium with him; he was punctual and did all the work by himself. Due to the fact his crew was off on Sundays and spending time with their families. As a business owner myself, this is the discipline and grind that entrepreneurs need to succeed in capitalistic and free market society. Luis understands he's in the infinite game of business of building relationships. For that and the quality of workmanship. We decided to hire him on 3 week rotation to take care of our ranch lawn care needs. We will also have him to some install pavers for us in the near future. The American dream is still alive here in Texas. Guess what? You have to work hard for it, make sacrifices and take risks.

After getting the run around by Republic Services in the Kerrville area for bulk pick up, I called Luis Tinajero at L&M Landscaping. I called in the evening to see if he was able to pick up a bulk pick up, he was at our home the next morning. We had cardboard and other house hold items. Will definitely be using this company for other needs in the future as he was professional, delivered and great to work with.
