I ve made several trips to Triad Mulch Supply over the past few days for regular gravel, Tennessee river rock, and Pennsylvania river jacks. Each time, I was met with a warm welcome and friendly advice from Christy, one of the owners. Her husband, Brad, loaded up our trailer and took care to pour different types of stone in different parts of the trailer, to keep them separated as much as possible. Between the good service and reasonable prices, I will not hesitate to visit them again!

Triad mulch supply is SO MUCH MORE than just mulch! We had a drainage problem. We are lining trench with 5-8 river rock from TMS. They placed the rock where I needed it. Good pricing! They scheduled a timely delivery, were on time and very respectful of my property. No damage or problems! Highly recommend!

My mom was really wanting to do some planting today. I called Triad mulch supply and found out they were really busy and didn t know if they would be able to do the delivery today or not (understandable since its Good Friday and I called kind of late). In spite of all this they were able to deliver my delivery today and mom can do her planting! We are both very happy with them and highly recommend them!

I am establishing a small scale flower farm and have had to do a lot of work to my property. Triad Mulch Supply was very helpful in getting the mulch, stone and dirt to me that I needed. This was no small amount, this was truckloads of supplies. They made sure to get the product as close as they could to the site where I needed it and did not make a mess doing it. I appreciated their extra effort in trying to be helpful where they could be! Nice people good quality product too!

They went out of their way to make an extra delivery when the first one was not enough for the job. The quality of the mulch was perfect.

Being a contractor, my boyfriend has done business with Triad Mulch for many years. He says theyre top notch! But my first visit there was to pick out some large accent boulders, and I was blown away by the the helpful customer service and attention to detail! They assisted us with color matching, picking out each boulder based on our needs and even went so far as to wash some of them off for us to really see the detail and color. I purchased 2 of the largest size boulders and will definitely be back as we continue to landscape our new property. This visit totally exceeded my expectations, and its even better that we are able to support a local small business! You wont be disappointed!

No one was at the window, so I opened the door. A man told to me to wait outside. He did not come to the window. He came outside. I told him, you have 1 basket of stone left like these. I showed him 3 golf ball size stones. He replied I sure do. But let me ask you a question; why did you go out there and trip over everything, when I have all these samples, right here. I replied that understand. He said No obviously you don t !!! I asked him did he want the 3 stones, as I politely offered them to him. He replied NO I WANT TO PUT THEM BACK WHERE YOU GOT THEM. I calmly replied I can do that, and buy my some somewhere else. He said that s fine with me. I M BLOWN AWAY, WHAT HUGE JERK HE WAS!!!!!! If he s the owner may he bankrupt asap. If he s not, I will take a lie detector before the owner, to attest to the facts of this review.

I just used Triad Mulch for a large landscaping project that I had. I learned about them for the first time as I needed to drive thru K-ville on my way to GSO. Brad and his wife were absolutely amazing. Their product selection is amazing, their responsiveness super and they were life savers. I ended up having a flat on my dump trailer a couple miles after I left their location. Brad was super helpful to get a friend to quickly come and help get the trailer tire changed and me going again. Thanks again!!!

My husband and I purchased from here a couple days ago and what a nightmare it has turned into! We called left a message never got a call back. We called again the following day and asked how much is yard of dirt she told us $27.00 so we went after that phone call and purchased just that I have the receipt. We paid at the office and pulled around to be loaded told the operator what we purchased and asked him to distribute the weight between our trailer and truck bed that was the only thing we spoke of. They loaded with a small skid steer so we figured they did it the right way as it s a small bucket. Well the loader came to our home last night and demanded we didn t pay them for what we got. Umm NO they charged us at the office for exactly what we requested so non the less we paid the extra money they claim we owed them in good faith. They loaded us improperly is the problem. And they are claiming we told them a yard a half but then why did you only charge us for the yard then? They messed up from the office to the loading and have made us to be some people who stole from them. When they are in the wrong! I called this morning April 1st and I was hung up on. I will not do business with them or refer them to the many people I garden with. We try to give the small guys the business and this is what happens sadly. Shame on you for treating your customers this way!

I can t say enough great things about Triad Mulch Supply. I have been getting my mulch here for a decade. I also buy my large garden rocks as well as my rocks for my waterfall. Today Christy was amazing, as usual. Very accommodating and easy to work with, I get all my supplies here.

I had mulch delivered today by Abby. I was amazed how she was able to maneuver the truck to dump the mulch in the exact spot we wanted it. We needed a sample of various types of soil for our pre-school Sunday School class. Triad Mulch went out of their way to provide the samples and give us info on the different soil samples. Awesome!!!! Need I say more. My husband and I were sprucing you the backyard so we ordered pallets of flat stone and 9 scoops of river rock. (I originally did not order enough and they adjusted my quantities to make sure I had what I needed in my timeframe). They delivered the loads when expected and was so accommodating in placing the materials so it would be easy for us to handle. I see our front yard getting some work in the near future and I know who I will call.

These guys are awesome. Helped with my selection and since I didnt have a vehicle that could tote a boulder they offered to not only deliver it but to place it for a very reasonable price. My lawn is a work in progress and my grass certainly wont win any awards but they still drove the skid steer really carefully and with the turf tires you cant even tell it was even on the lawn. Great guys with a great selection of stone/mulch/gravel etc. and excellent service. Cant wait to think up the next project and go shop their selection of thin stack rock & flagstone.

I purchased pine needles from Triad Mulch Supply Recently. Very professional and quick service. We loaded the bales onto my trailer together. The pine needle bales are of good quality, packed well without a lot of other debris or dirt, and they spread nicely.

Delivery drivers are unsafe and aggressive on the roads. Driving large trucks doesnt mean you can ignore public safety.

After asking around where I should go to get some mulch and topsoil with people that would know, I had no less than 3 people suggest Triad Mulch Supply as their first choice. I spoke with Brad on Monday and had mulch and topsoil at my house Wednesday morning. Very fair prices, and both the pine bark mulch and topsoil were just as described - good quality and not a bunch of filler. Friendly and knowledgeable. Also gave me a great suggestion on where to get lawn bushes/ shrubs for WAY less than youd pay at a big box store. Pleasure to do business with!
