The employees are incredibly kind and responsive, but we had six diseased trees planted by them. When the trees couldnt be saved, six new trees were planted at their expense. Immediately the new trees were also discovered to have dying areas (confirmed by the arborist/tree treatment company that TLC told us to hire at our own expense), but TLC only replaces their products once. We now have to pay to have six, fairly mature trees removed (a second time) and replaced by six new trees purchased elsewhere, which will cost us thousands of dollars. TLC said they will notify their nurseries of the diseased trees, but they will not refund or replace the six, almost-dead trees they planted in our yard a second time (and no other trees in this area of our yard are diseased, affected, or requiring an arborist/tree treatment company). Update 2023: After consultation with an attorney, Tender Lawn Care agreed to refund the cost of the diseased trees and labor as well as other work they have done for us. They have very kind employees, but they were not willing to replace trees that were infected with a virus (2021) and replacement trees infected with both a virus and insect infestation (2022) or offer a refund until legal counsel was obtained. We sincerely appreciate the refund though, and we are now able to hire different landscapers.

Nice work and workers

The people over at Tender Lawn Care truly care about what they do, and it shows in their results and their people. I have been very impressed with the quality of people theyve got working for them, you should absolutely reach out to them if you want a beautiful, well maintained, lawn/landscape.

Not impressed. The mowing and edging were fine but I was looking for a lawn service that would guide me towards a beautiful looking lawn and paid for that package. Over the course of my service with them my lawn became worse and I was given no solutions on how to fix. I was told to call another company to take care of an issue because they were booked but I was already a customer. When I expressed my dissapointment I wasnt even given an apology or any type of customer service to ensure I was with the right company. In fact no response at all. Over priced and will not be using them again.

Regularly late. Often do more damage than repair. I worked for a less than stellar landscape company, but they were better than this company.

The staff is always friendly and open to feedback to make sure the job is done right. They take care to treat your lawn as they would their own and show a lot of pride in their work. Outstanding team in place for large landscaping projects! We had a retaining wall replaced and patio with a firepit placed in our backyard. We could not be any happier with the final results and the care that was taken on the work and to restore the property back to its original condition due to the machinery needed for the project.

We have used Tender Lawn Care Services for several years. The technicians are very aware of our needs and respond accordingly. We have used them for fertilizing, lawn mowing, reseeding a large area of our lawn and replacing a retaining wall. We have been pleased with all aspects of their service.

After living in my house for 30 years I finally decided to get a lawn care service for fertilizing, pest and weed control. I chose this company because it is a family owned company and I like to see these smaller companies succeed. After just 1 season with Tender Lawn Care my lawn looked better than ever. If was thick and basically weed-free. My neighbors commented on it more than once. I am so happy with the results that I will definitely sign up again next year. Im new to using this service but so far have been very pleased with their lawn care. They dont mow like theyre in a race to see how much they can get done in a day, but instead mow as if they lived here, with efficiency and care.

Special jobs project management Steve Kent was rude and unprofessional everytime I met with him.

The crew we have is conscientious and considerate of our wishes. They are awesome! We are so pleased with our service from Tender Lawn. Our lawn looks wonderful.

I have worked with Tender Lawn care for the past 8 years. They have done the mowing and fertilization for our 78 acre campus including multiple soccer fields. They have also done the plowing and salting of 700 parking spaces and 3/4 mile of driveway. I have never had one issue! They are always prompt and reliable. They do exactly what they say they will and the results are spot on. If I ever had an issue, they handle it immediately. This made it very easy on who to go to when I wanted services at my home. The advise I received on over-seeding has worked amazing. Combining that with their fertilization program, my lawn has never looked better. I highly recommend them for any lawn or snow application, big or small!

Meow I wrote about the wrong place

Terrible experience. This is my first full year with this company and Im not pleased. They were charging me for weeding and I noticed I still had huge weeds in my yard and they told me that the weeding charge is for in plant beds not the actual yard.... I have no plant beds. So basically they charged me and didnt do anything. They have also left my gate to my fenced in yard opened twice. The first time they did it I called to let them now and was forgiving about it. The second time they did it is just bad service. I have a fenced in yard because I have a dog- a pitbull. Thanks to this company I had to run around trying to catch my dog while Im 39 weeks pregnant. They also blew debri and leaves into my neighbors yard, I feel like for how much I pay for their services that they should be removing it and discarding it. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I consider Tender Lawn Care as true partners in my landscaping and lawn care needs. My front yard was in terrible shape and I contacted several companies to come give me a quote as to what they feel would need to be done. Tender Lawn Care was the only company that suggested that I give my lawn some care and bring it back slowly with their help versus others were wanting to lay all brand new sod which could have costed me thousands. Within one season My yard was strong and Beautiful! Today, they are the keeper of all of my landscaping needs including fall cleanup and spring cleanup. When there has been issues they have been quick to respond and resolve the situation. Their workers are respectful and professional and go above and beyond. In today s world of having to compete with big companies that have big marketing plans it s hard to get business. That is why wanted to share this review. I would not use any other company.

Tender Lawn Care plows the parking lot of the Library where i worked. I usually arrive early while the lot is still being plowed. The driver is always helpful to clear a spot for me so I wont have to move my car later. I recently flagged him down to learn his name. Hes Andrew, a really nice guy that does a great job. Thanks.

I have used TLC for fertilizing, yard clean up, and some mowing for many, many years. The do a fantastic job for reasonable prices. They have great employees and truly do care. A local company that does a great job for a great price - what more could you want?

I think TLC should train there worker problem resolution management as I experienced the wrath from its workers serving my neighbor, all over some silly nonsense. Wish could post some pictures. Cant blame the company, but workers carry companys burden of representation. Keep clear of these crew in truck plates CD 95962 since if they dont like what you are doing they will deal with you directly as though these were the wild west days.

Thank you Tendercare employee for threatening to dump more leaves in a yard than anyone can handle for a extremely small amount of leaves in the road. A little empathy for the senior neighbor who lost his wife after nearly 49 years of marriage might be nice too. To threaten someone simply helping someone else out is rude & uncalled for.

Im actually not a TLC customer. However, a neighbor of mine is. I was chipping away at the ice/snow that the city plows dumped at the end of my driveway, when TLC came to plow my neighbor out. The driver saw me, shooed me away, and proceeded to plow me out in nothing flat! Thanks TLC!

This company does great work and has really good employees. They mowed and fertilized my yard in the spring/summer/fall. When the snow fell, they were plowing at the neighbors and saw me me struggle to shovel out my driveway approach - the driver, an employee Id never even met before, came and helped me clear it out. He wasnt obligated, but helped out anyway. Great folks - Id recommend them for anything.

We have worked with TLC for a long long time, multiple generations in fact. They are known to be one of the best lawn maintenance companies in G.R. Their trucks are professional and distinctive and they do a great job at a reasonable price.
