Came out to review and walk through project. Provide quote. Scheduled work. Went over plan when they arrived. They were not prepared to do the work and needed more material than what they quoted. Said they were going to requote. Never heard from them again despite following up on the status. Incompentant and unprofessional.

Ideal Touch team all do a fabulous job from the front desk and communications to the work they do on my property. I had them out for an initial job to install pavers and clean out the entire yard (new house moved into that the yard was neglected for years). They came out next day and gave me estimates for initial job plus monthly maintenance. Very reasonable prices. They do a great job landscaping whatever needs to be done on the property each month. Their front desk is highly responsive. You get notifications when they will be coming out each month. I highly recommend Ideal Touch for all your landscaping needs. You will not be dissappointed.
I worked with Ideal touch landscaping two times already, and I cant express enough how pleased I am, working with them! The work they did on my backyard really transformed the place, they installed some pavers, new SOD and a retaining wall. They were also very easy to work with especially the office lady that I talked to, she was very nice and made it easy to communicate with. I truly recommend this company if anyone is looking for quality work.
The Ideal Touch Landscaping crew did an awesome job on removing and installing a new fence for my house. Their work and knowledge on fencing really does correlate to their price. Will get in contact again for a new lawn in the future. I recommend them!

Romel did a great job cleaning up our side yard. I called to ask for an estimate, he was able to come out within 2 days for a quote, and completed the work the following day. Fast, quality work for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I cannot give this company a higher recommendation. They have completed four projects for me over two houses, including a 20-foot deck on a tough slope and they have always greatly exceeded expectations. Besides the quality work, Romel has a desire to do what is best for the customer and you can see it layered into every piece of work that he does for you. Most of all, what distinguishes him is his integrity and ethics to charge a fair price for a great piece of work. And I dont say those words lightly. Something else that we really appreciated relative to other contractors we have been using for other work is that these guys get the work done when they say they will get the work done. Easy to communicate with, it is refreshing to deal with good people. Be sure to tip them well, as you will certainly feel like they deserve it. .

We had them weed 3 plant beds, plant 6 plants and add mulch. They were on time and did an great job. The plant beds look better then the day I had them put. I highly recommend them.
These guys are the best!!! We had them grade our backyard, build a wall, and a fence for an outstanding price! Their work was fantastic, we ll crafted, and timely. Plus they fit me in right away and finished the job in no time. Our neighbors also saw their work and will be using them in the spring.
