Thomas Concrete just finished my driveway. They were nice, polite, professional, and completely transformed the look of my property. I would definitely call them again for any concrete work and landscaping. When you find people who are ethical and actually know what they're doing, they become a rare business gem. Very happy with our new patio. Brad and his crew had a tough task in my backyard but handled it professionally and skillfully. Lots of extra work just to get the old stuff out and new exposed concrete in. They worked hard and kept the yard in good shape each day. Very impressed with the overall job. Book early cause these guys are in high demand.

Poor Customer service and communication. They installed downspout popups and they froze up causing water to overflow gutters and leak down foundation wall and cause seepage in finished basement. I called Kevin right away and he came over. I told him I needed it fixed by putting downspouts back on RIGHT AWAY before anymore damage. I didn't hear back from him until one of his employees just showed up 3 months later. This was after I performed all the work to fix the problem. I called Kevin and explained that this was not how you treat customers. He did apologize and gave me credit for my work on the bill. Response to reply: Kevin, When you came and quoted the job, you were the one that came up with the idea of installing "popups" for the downspouts. I would assume that you would have seen at that time that the grading around my house would not support proper drainage or you would have increased the grading to insure proper drainage. Also my gutters and downspouts are 5" and have never overflowed in the 30 years I've lived here. The only reason they overflowed was due to the water in the popup pipe was frozen solid and the water from the downspout couldn't drain. Kevin I'm happy that you gave me credit for my work and materials that I did to correct the problem. I'm just unhappy with your communication and that you didn't realize at the time of quoting the job that either the grading around my house needed to be improved or that popups wouldn't work.

I'm a very picky individual who like things done and done right, so I've done the work for you and HIGHLY recommend contacting Thomas Concrete & Landscaping for any future outdoor needs. My husband and I were having our new garage built in September and needed our driveway and approach relocated to the other side of our property, as well as having a new patio and garage slab poured. We knew this project was going to have it's challenges, but the team at Thomas Concrete was able to embrace those challenges and help us complete our project by our deadline. Our property went from dull to amazing in a matter of a few months. I have to personally thank Brad/Kevin and their team once again for the wonderful job they have provided us. Between relocating our driveway and approach, to pouring our garage slab, and even creating our beautiful patio along with a few other requests, they did not complain at all. I hired Thomas Concrete and Landscaping to remove our old patio and replace it with a larger more modern patio. Kevin’s company is in demand by many people. Because of that we did have to wait two months before they could begin. The wait was well worth it! Brad and his crew took care to protect our lawn as they demolished the old patio and set the forms for the new one. He kept me informed at each step of the process. He was very detailed about everything he did. The end result was more than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Thomas Concrete and Landscaping!

Thomas Concrete was referred to us by someone who was doing our landscaping. While the owner is very nice, the reason for the poor rating is because the customer service was awful. It took a long time to get the patio poured and stamped, which isn’t the end of the world except that he was never very transparent about how long it would take to fit us into his schedule. He seems to take on too many jobs than he has time to manage properly and it was very frustrating for us. A couple of years after our stamped patio was done, we noticed some chipping that we wanted to get his advice on. I left numerous messages and sent emails. We finally spoke on the phone and he promised to come take a look but never did. The follow year I tried to reach him again. He replied quickly by email, saying he would call that week to set up an appointment and come by. He never did. It’s not like we have a fence or a guard dog, he could have come any time he wanted. We also wanted to give him more work to get our patio and driveway sealed, but we have to take our business elsewhere.

After a tough time getting coordinated and phone calls returned I would like to review their work with a positive response. When we finally got a time established for our project they actually came a day early and worked with some on the fly change orders with professionalism and a fair price for the extra work. Crew was polite and well supervised. Each man knew his job and there was no worker who needed to be told what to do or when. After a rocky start I am glad we used them.

Working with Thomas on both my concrete and my landscaping has been a tremendous experience. They were very responsive to my needs, and did an excellent job. Their staff was very professional and a pleasure to work with. My driveway, patio, and lawn installation is beautiful. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
