I'm glad I was not persuaded by the bad review of expecting someone to blow out two and a half acres of sprinklers for $45 and then trying to smear this nice business.... Thank you SLM for your willingness to do a fine job on my landscaping needs in Kennewick!!

We had our sprinklers and irrigation blown out. When my wife called and set up our appointment, she explained that it was a home on 2.25 acres. The office quoted us $45. My wife expressed again that it's a big property and does have irrigation. The office confirmed that it's a house, so $45. So when the Landscapers came, Gerardo Soto talked down to me and acted in a way that implied me being an airhead when I didn't know where something was because it was something I've never seen or would know what it looked like. After he found what he needed he was able to quickly get their work done. When it came to the bill at the end, we were ready with the quoted $45. However, Gerardo said that that is not correct, that it was substantially more. I said that the office said $45. He continued to try and talk over me. I then said that $45 was the agreed upon price, even after being very specific as to what kind of property they were attending. So, $45 is what I'm going to pay. End of service use.
