Our first year, everything went very well. The salesperson, customer service and installers were awesome. This year, they installed the light late October (to have them ready for the holiday season). They were not installed correctly (installers cut the returns on each side of the house), customer service wants to talk over you when you try to explain to them the issues, supervisors are worthless, they promise somebody to be out within the next 2 days but nobody ever shows up. It is early December and weve been waiting since late October for them to come fix the issues with the lights. Like, return being cut shorter this year for no reason, burnt light bulbs, wrong color lights on the columns and missing wreath installations. Still not fixed after being promised/guaranteed by the operation manager. So frustrating...

Zachary from Senske came out to give me an estimate on putting up Christmas lights. He was on time, polite, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Zachary for your Christmas light estimate and plan.

I called on 10/28 to inquire about a sprinkler blow out. Gentlemen answered the phone and asked me how many zones I have, 3. That will be $175.00 but its only for existing customers.. Apparently they dont need the business...

They do regular pre-emergent, fertilizer and broad leaf applications. My yard has a lot of nutsedge, Bermuda and other weeds that as the season has gone on has grown. It does not appear that they look at your specific needs and address them. For a generic application, great. If you have neighbors spreading to you and you have the time you might as well do all your own applications and with the special chemicals needed to get the unwanted weeds out, you can do the job even with the added chemical cost for less, Im certain. They keep the basics done.

Usually call ahead and inform us of when theyll be here ...knock upon arrival and openly discuss any problems that we are having with lawn/shrubbery/plants prior to service ...and upon completion he usually leaves a detailed summary of what was accomplished...we are very pleased with our residential service

They left good advice and gave me the option to try my method of eradicating the (suspected) problem or continue with treatments through them instead of pushing for treatments that may not be necessary to earn a quick buck. I greatly appreciate that they had my best interest in mind and I will be giving them another call if my suspected issue does arise.

Andrew went above and beyond today! Not only did he put down the winter fertilizer but also sprayed for the massive dandelion s that had grown around the edge of the yard. We pay for weed control, but for some reason they took hold around the edge. Thank you!

The technicians are great. They do try to give their best but the management and whoever is running the accounts are running it like scammers. I was recommended a wrong service, so finally, one of them told me that my automatically paid monthly service will be refunded due to no service/results. It had been almost 5 months and everytime I call to follow up my refund and to stop the automatic payment, I am always told that the service had not been cancelled. The people on the phone take no accountability and always refer me to the next service group or whatever they termed it to be in-charge; it was the cancel dept, the finance dept, the assessment dept; it s like as big as the country, managed by hundreds of depts. Very scammy when it comes to a simple task of giving back amounts that was not utilized for services. I am looking into filing an official scam complain to get this business look into for financial fraud. I bet I am not the only one who s dealing this.

Firstly the Senske representative on the phone was very polite, very informed and informative. She noted all the particularities applicable to servicing my lawn. Lorin, the field representative arrived on time and was informed of the particularities and executed the application in kind (have a pond with fish and a sloping lawn that need to be accommodated appropriately). Lorin was ever so polite, worked diligently and afterwards shared his knowledge having observed the condition of our birch tree. He suggested options for care but was not at all a pushy salesman. If possible, I will request for Lorin for the future services. I am very pleased with the service. Fingers crossed- weed be gone and grass be happy.

Honestly extremely happy with how my lawn has looked this year. Customer service is also pretty top tier. Elias Olivette went above and beyond for me! I wasn t at home at the time of scheduled service because I had to take my kids to school. So I got rescheduled, but I showed up when he was servicing my neighbors lawn. He called up his manager to get me back on his route so he could just take care of me that same day instead of getting me rescheduled. So thank you Elias for taking the time to do that just to make it more convenient for me as the customer!

From the first conversation with him I knew we were in good hands. He did a thorough assessment of our lawn and offered good treatment options. Team arrived at 0715 and we re home before 1515. They topped, trimmed, and cleaned up a row of Arbor vitae trees in less than 8 hours. Trees look good.

We were a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. The field technicians are excellent. The office staff is a different story. We became weary of continual billing errors over the past 3 years, being told we hadnt paid invoices when we had--numerous times, and have now cancelled. Going with a local company in the future for our large area.

I have been struggling with lawn problems for nearly three years. Jose Ortiz took several soil samples, compared various areas of my yard and made several suggestions. He laid out a plan and costs, explained it all clearly and best of all, gave me hope!

Senske seems to have really upped their rates as of late, or it just may be a fluke. I was charged $502 for an aeration and seeding service, which is a lot of money for two services. In addition, the invoice did not provide any specific information or instructions whatsoever. After looking at my backyard, it turned out they didn t even bother to aerate and seed it. The technicians did not write anything about what exactly was applied on my lawn, or any information or instructions on when I may be able to mow my lawn. Instead I called their primary number and was instructed to not mow my lawn for 4 to 6 weeks, which is unrealistic and unreasonable in back 1/3rd of lawn season. It was only after I was called by the technician that I was provided clear information on when I can mow my lawn. I may look to moving on from Senske next season because of these prices and inconsistencies in service and lack of information provided.

They did a great job. Attention to detail and my yard has a steep hill, so aeration is not an easy task. Mariha did a great job.

Would ve gotten a higher rating if I d been notified prior to and after the job. Changing this due to our fence not getting shut properly and the dogs getting out.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Lawn Care in Kennewick. I scheduled an appointment and made arrangements to leave work early to be present. Unfortunately, they were a complete no-show without any prior notice or communication. I called almost an hour past the appointment time to check and they offered to reach out to the rep to get an ETA, I pointed out what a waste of my time they had caused. Their excuse was they like to give an hour window in case they run behind, typically business will give such information at the time of making the appointment. They did not. This lack of professionalism not only wasted my time but also cost me valuable hours at work. I expect much better reliability and courtesy from a service provider. I will not be using their services again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company.

Evan called before he arrived. We discussed what hed be spraying for, plus he removed cob webs and wasp nests. He thoroughly went around the house and was a pleasure to meet.
