My parents were out of town for a couple weeks. The guy we had taking care of the lawn flaked so we needed a quick substitute. Birch stepped in and cleaned up the whole yard and even took pictures we could show our parents to ease their minds. Very happy with the service.

I was having some major issues with my lawn from weeds to crab grass and major dead spots. Chuck from Birch’s Was amazing from start to finish! He responded to my inquiry for help almost immediately and was able to come out to my house within a day! He treated my lawn amazingly and my yard has never looked better! His service is incredible, he is extremely nice and informative and his prices are beyond fair! He explained the treatment process thoroughly and had been so responsive with all of my questions. I will be calling chuck for any and all lawn issues and recommend anyone who wants impeccable service to do the same!

I was very excited to work with this company to get some cleanup done on my property. I initially contacted the company on their website, and Chuck was quick to respond and sell me on a fertilizer for my lawn, with the promise to come and give me a quote for landscaping and cleanup. Unfortunately that never happened. They performed the fertilizer treatment, took my money, and I didn t hear from Chuck again until today, 2 weeks later, telling me he couldn t help me. This was after multiple inquiries from me asking if this was still going to happen. I should have cut my losses sooner and contacted a different company. I cannot recommend this company on the basis of not performing work, and extremely poor communication.
I called Birchs lawn care because I had a drip issue. Chuck was fast to respond with the proper treatment to solve my problem. I would recommend Birchs lawn Care over any other company in the Tri-Cities.

I just moved in to a very nice neighborhood where everyones lawn was thick, green and perfect. All but mine I should say. The previous owners cut the grass down to low and it was all burned up with weeds everywhere. I made the call to Birchs and they came out and worked magic! With one application the lawn sprung up and the weeds went away! Cant thank them enough!

Chuck is the nicest guy that Ive never met! Hes fully digital and very responsive to any online requests via email and any app that he is on. I set up weekly mow service for the season and he always showed up on time and did the job properly and cleaned up. If there was a delay (rarely) he always communicated that. He also does my sprinkler blowouts. Billing was through email and it couldnt have been easier to pay. I would definitely recommend him for lawn service in the Tri-Cities.

Honest! Reliable. Electronic invoice. When my lawn is growing slow..they didnt mow it just to get paid.. when the lawn was too dry they let me know... unknowingly sprinklers needed adjusted totally my bad. Very nice work clean quick and they dont leave a mess..

If you are looking for a company thats not going to break the bank this is the company they do the same job if not better for a lower cost.
