After two years of bud killing frost and deep freezes, our yard bloomed beautifully in the spring of 2024 and I attribute that in large part to mother nature but she was assisted by Turfprides care of our shrubs and flowering bushes. The azalea bloom was bright and colorful and stayed with us for several weeks - it was a sight to behold.

This is ridiculous. It took forever for anyone to call me. Then it took forever for him to finally do the first spray. I had to call about the payment. Then was FINALLY SENT A BILL. Heard nothing from them. I had to call about the next service and to explain I had weed growing amongst my grass and if they could send someone out. No one came and no one called. I called back stating the same. No one called or scheduled. I was promised theyd come out that week. Nothing. Then I was promised the next week. Nothing. As of today, 5/17/24 I have not had another service from Turf lawncare since they came out in March. COMMUNICATION STINKS and so does service!!!

I ve had many people comment on my grass and they want to know the name of the lawn service company.

This is my 3rd year. I have done everything in hopes of the best lawn yet. Unfortunately, my lawn is looking terrible. Turfpride is failing me. And when I ask about the problems, I always am given an excuse but no solution. The problem is water drainage, intermittent watering, etc. But I did my part. They just wont listen and solve problems. I let them know. They are using cheap grass. All that was over seeded, never took this year. I am home and can see they do not provide sufficient nutrients per service. This company is in the phase of scaling and just leaving the customer behind. Look for other companies.

3rd year into service, Alway doing a great job. No surprises in the early Spring. When others have those early weeds my yard is spotless. Thanks Turf Pride!!

This company has very poor scheduling and service. Billed me hundreds of dollars in less than 6 weeks and my yard still looks awful. When they get behind on service, they just pile up treatments on you. They couldnt even tell me all the days they treated my yard and billed me because they changed systems. I wanted to stay with them but after they couldnt explain my billed, increased my price, and didnt offer me credits for the billing, I knew it was time to move on. The lady who answers the phone is rude. Customers deserve better quality service.

I have used TurfPride for several years because the improvement in my lawns health and beauty they have provided is far better than I ever could do on my own. To me it is well worth the reasonable expense.

Turf pride management doubled the monthly cost of service. From $73 to $155. Service was poor. Lots of service calls to redo service. The front yard obviously got all the attention room but side yards and back never seemed to be serviced. Double the price and routinely poor service. Recommend using another service this one will be nothing but hassle and lies.

We have used TurfPride for years now. They took our weed infested yard and within just over one year turned it into a beautiful green lawn. I have always and still mow my grass. More than once I have been stopped by passers by and told how nice my grass looks. Outside of starting a lawnmower I know absolutely nothing about maintaining the needs of my lawn in regards to fertilization, weed control and being in the south, fungus issues. Whenever there was an issue they usually caught it before I even knew it was going on. The few times I ve called them about anything, within days I would find Ron or one of his associates walking in my front yard checking things out and if need be correcting or treating the issue. Their pricing is beyond competitive and their dependability has been and still remains consistent even after all these years. While I will be the first to admit my lawn is hardly the back nine at Augusta. However for myself and the occasional passers by, I think it looks pretty darn good. It certainly isn t my doing. If not for TurfPride, Ron and his associates looking over things I can t imagine what my lawn would look like. By the way, when it comes to reviews I think it s important to know that no one paid or gave me anything for this review. I am just stating the facts about TurfPride.

I ve used TurfPride for my lawn for decades! Their work has been very effective, they call a day before they come to provide services, they readily answer questions, discuss any lawn or overall yard issues that pop up overtime, PLUS they are Stealth during service. Seriously. If I m not actually outside, they might come and go before I realize it, except for an itemized list of that day s services. If you want to discuss an issue, they ll call and/or knock on the door for a close-up inspection of any problems. If weeds are stubborn or grass seed has run off during a storm, they ve returned to re-apply as needed.

This is the first year using Turf Pride. Frankly, I don t see any difference in the lawn from years past when I did weed control and fertilizing myself using Scott products. The Turf Pride people show up and spray or aerate or fertilize per the agreement. But one time they went to the neighbor s house for my treatment. I paid for a year in advance so I ll wait and see if the service is an improvement or not.

TurfPride is amazing! They came out when I asked to take care of some minor issues. They came out within a day and gave me additional information to take care of any further issues.

Lawn is starting to look better. Having so find another business to aerate since the device TurfPride uses does not make holes deep enough. I was uninformed during sign up that they do not spray for Dallisgrass, apparently the EPA blocked the substance needed from being used commercially. Would have been nice to know this up front so I could have made alternative plans in advance. I was informed this by a Truegreen specialist and Turfpride confirmed.

Turf Pride management worked with me to overcome some significant weed issues and overall distressed lawn appearance. They listened to my frustrations and made several personal visits to look at the lawn. Very pleased with how things are going. Hoping the lawn will continue to get healthier and look great for years to come- even in Atlanta s HOT days ahead! Can t give 5 stars until I see the full extent of their efforts but very pleased thus far.

The actually treat the entire property. They don t skip back areas or near corners.

I just started using them and it will take a while for my lawn to show some improvement but I feel confident that it will turn out great. The techs that come out leave notes and let us know what to do as far as watering or which weeds we need to pull manually, etc. It will take some work, but I think we have found a great partner to help us.

A BIG shoutout to Tim at TurfPride Lawncare. He went above and beyond at my last service. I was a slacker and did not have the poop and dogs toys picked up before the yard treatment. Tim picked up all my dog toys so they did not get any treatment on them. He also put a yard sign by my back door so I knew the yard was treated. That was super helpful because I let me dogs out in the morning and would not have know he had treated the yard yet. I don t know who s driving this vehicle but the driver came out of nowhere and i had to slam on my brakes hard. If this is how badly they drive on the road i wonder how they take care of your weeds.

We have been long time customers of TurfPride. Originally they serviced Grass in the front, both sides, and the back yards. Now they only service the front yard because all the other areas have been overtaken by weeds. The grass in the front lawn is being overtaken by weeds and getting smaller in area. Im very concerned and may reluctantly be required to change companies.

Two reasons for a low rating. 1) I asked them late one summer to come back and treat the crabgrass. Their tech came back, left a note saying there wasnt very much of it. Didnt treat it. They also said it would die in winter. I didnt want to wait! 2) Called them to resolve an issue where they didnt get a check in the mail. They never returned my phone call. Not a good way to do business.

Our yard has never been so green! This is our second year with TurfPride and we are so happy with them. Our yard is noticeably greener than the yards next to us who don t use TurfPride. I highly recommend committing to TurfPride and sticking too it - our yard just keeps getting greener!

We used Turf Pride for more than two decades. While I was not overwhelmed with their service my husband felt they were adequate. This spring our Bermuda grass looked more like a weed field than the lovely grass we typically enjoy. After contacting Turf Pride, explaining our mutual dissatisfaction with the lawn, two representatives arrived the next day. I was told this was their fault but really it was the President of United States that was at fault. By way of explaining why they could not keep employees. They applied a treatment and four days later applied another, at which point our grass was burned. So the problem went from weeds to burned under their care. When confronted Turf Pride argued this was not their fault, stating nothing they put on the lawn could have resulted in this damage. We severed service with them. During that first visit in the spring we were told the next two visits would be at no charge. We are now being billed for a third visit they claim to have made. Neither my husband nor I can recall a third visit, when confronted we only receive arguments. I repeatedly asked to speak with the owner or the owners representative with the greatest authority, only to receive more arguments. We have since employed a competitive service to Turf Pride. One that is making headway in resolving the damage done to our lawn. This organization is easy to work with, their staff reasonable, they communicate and communicate again. We see the exemplary efforts being made and are greatly appreciative of the work THEY are doing. While I have never been a huge fan of Turf Pride, the most recent exchanges beginning this spring to current have convinced us their leadership needs to re engage. The false claim for monies owed remains unresolved to this date. Having worked in sales and service for more than 35 years, our mantra was always keep the customers you have: Do what you need to do to resolve through communication and understanding. Clearly Turf Pride does not feel keeping customers is a priority.

We bought a house that had very patchy thin sparse grass with way more weeds. I actually hate that we are required to have grass because it does not want to grow here but we have to so we have Turf Pride to fight the good fight. They do a great job with weed control except for Poaanna which I think takes nukes to get rid of. They call before servicing and do a good job walking and spraying the whole property. We both work from home so we can see them spraying.

Im happy with the way my lawn looks since I began using TurfPride. Its looks much better than when I was trying to treat it myself.

I have reached out over and over to try to get lingering issues resolved dating back from July of last year. I have given them every opportunity possible to make it right. Conrad seemed genuinely interested yesterday in helping but every promise made has been broken. William will not return phone calls or text messages. The phone number on google listing does not match the new phone number on their website, so Im not sure what is actually happening with the company.

First time using TurfPride. The Tech (Brandon) called and discussed the treatment the day before. He arrived (no call from the office) and started but then stopped midway through to have another short discussion. I watched as he treated the lawn. Appeared to do a good job. Poor weed control. Excuses, excuses , excuses on why the products they are using are not controlling weeds. Paying specifically for weed control but spending 2 hours pulling weeds from the lawn by hand and lawn looks like the neighbors who does not have a weed control service. Called this am to cancel the service, pretty much refused to cancel without giving more excuses and asking for another chance to correct the situation. Been there, done that a few months ago: management came and re-treated the lawn to only have weeds grow exponentially ever since. Service is still not cancelled: called this afternoon for confirmation of cancellation and was told the manager would be reaching out to you. Ridiculous. Had the service for months, weeds should be better controlled. Not satisfied with your service, please cancel.

I have used this company for almost 20yrs. The service and product is excellent. My technician is very prompt and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality lawn treatment service!!!

I have more weeds after turfpride has been coming to my yard over the last year than before I hired them. I do not believe they always treat your yard when they say they do or their chemicals are just not effective

Their fescue program doesnt work in my backyard. The treatment was unable to control the broadleave weed. The problem was reported several times and its getting worse. I plan to change to a different company next year. Services

I started with Turf Pride around fescue overseeding season. They came and did an amazing job on getting my fescue back into shape. Their techs call the day before coming to do service and answer any questions I have while theyre on my property. I have found all of them to be friendly and professional. I have been extremely impressed by this company, and Im so glad I chose to use them. To top it off, Turf Pride does great lawn care for an affordable, reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about hiring a lawn service company!

Yesterday was lst application and had downpour an hour after treatment so cant give honest survey but can say they have done a great followup and when I can get my online account set up will be fine.

It has been 3-4 months since we started using Turf Pride. Results are amazing. Our lawn had been neglected and all types of weeds had taken over. Now it looks like we have always been taking care of it! They come when they say they ll come, staff is courteous and polite. Great communication and user friendly billing. We highly recommend Turf Pride.

They are trying very hard to get rid of the very difficult weeds. They are stubborn but so is Turf Pride.

We had the worst weeds ever so I shopped around and went with Turfpride for weed management. Their prices are really reasonable and they even come out for free if you still have weeds 21 days after treatment. Our yard looks a million times better and the people are super friendly and easy to work with!

At the beginning of the season I was concerned because my lawn lacked color and fullness. I was assured that as the season progressed and with additional applications I would see a significant difference..... and I have! My lawn now has great color and is very thick....thanks to my technician Jerry George!!

Great customer service. But I still have a lot of weeds but they are definitely open to making it right. Update to review: Turf Pride goes over and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They did come out and explained and was very knowledgeable about my grass.
