Sprucing Up GA did an AMAZING job transforming our yard! They trimmed the hedges and shrubs, removed small limbs from a front yard tree, transfigured our flowerbeds(removing weeds and yard debris) and enhanced the overall curb appeal and aesthetics of the landscape. Joi, the owner, is very personable, professional and accommodating. She and her wonderful team worked swiftly and efficiently to get the job done, answering questions and communicating the process along the way. If you want timely, meticulous work at a extremely reasonable price, I would HIGHLY recommend Sprucing Up GA for your yard maintenance and landscaping needs. Absolutely horrible service. Joi does not know how to professionally maintain lawn and shrubbery. She rides on her lawnmower throwing grass behind shrubbery that she doesn't know how to trim. I sent her pictures of my lawn before she started which showed the excellent job my lawn care person before her did fire 15 yrs. She took my lawn from Best to worst in one season. Because of Joi, I was afraid of trusting anyone else and at 72 years old went on You Tube learned how to maintain my own and shrubs professionally. My lawn was complemented by an arborist last fall on how healthy it looked, after all my hard work restoring what Joi destroyed. In response to you: I was not upset about payment, I've never had an issue with paying for lawn services in the past 15 years. Yes you initially started with good service ,but for some reason the next season when I asked you to trim the shrubbery you didn't cut them from the bottom up, only trimmed around them, pushed all the trimming behind and underneath the shrubbery. When I told you about it, you said you'd bag it the next time you were out, which would have been two weeks later (That's what upset me!) I had to remove, clean up and reshape the shrubbery, myself. This is what I was upset about, had nothing to do with payment. I spent over $500 buying equipment to do my own lawn which is a lot more than I would have paid you. I have never given a negative review. I was looking for someone to spread mulch, came across your 5 star reviews and wondered what were you doing to other lawns that you neglected to do to mine or maybe their standards are different.

I would recommend Sprucing Up GA for all of your lawn or yard clean up needs. I have used Joy and her service for both for quite a while now and she is excellent. I give her an A+++++
