I have been dealing with Lobb-Alexis for quite some time now and my garden and yard have never looked better. Everything is very lush and green. Also, flowering plants seem to bloom better. Whenever I notice something on my shrubs, I let them know and they will spray specifically for whatever the issue is. Not only is this a company that I highly recommend but their service technician, Patrick, is very professional, yet personable. I am VERY disappointed in the new method of bill payment. No paper bill, no address to mail pmt, inconvenient for the customer to pay, etc. Surely, you can do better than this if you wish to retain customers. Tech was fine.

Great follow up service! Tech explained what steps I needed to do to get the lawn together: He advised that I fill low area with sand & leave grass showing, and not cut it as low as Ive been doing.

Lobb-Alexis left me a note and sent a text saying I would receive an email about my service. They did not leave a bill. No email arrived so I responded to the text and got an automated message saying I should call them That was Friday late afternoon. I called today (Monday) and was told that they are going paperless and they suggested I leave a credit card for them to bill me. They also checked and determined that my email was incorrect in their system. It was supposedly corrected and a new message was sent that still has not been received in my inbox or junk. I pay them more than $1,000 per year and want a paper bill. I do not want to leave a credit card on file. The only way I can get a paper bill is to call them after each service and request one. That is ridiculous.

Michael does such a good job taking care of my lawn. He treats the weeds in the summer and brown spots in the winter. I ve been using Lobb-Alexis for several years and still happy with the service. I have made multiple referrals to them and use my own property as a visual reference. Mike, the operator, is very knowledgable and is quick to inform you if you have any questions. Give them a year to correct your issues properly; only using them a few times may not fix your specific issue completely as most lawns have multiple issues to correct and that takes treating in the right season for the issues.

Lobb-Alexis is one of our FAVORITE contractors who provide a routine service for our house/yard needs - and we consider ourselves (as customers) very picky with high expectations Why? - No fire ants PERIOD or damaging insects/pests o We had real problems with fire ants on our large property, that even our regular top-recognized pest/termite control contractor could not control for us Lobb-Alexis treatments took them out o Our property has no fire ants our neighbors on both sides still have issues - Weeds are gone and under control in both our turf and our flower beds o Right now during winter/dormant grass season, our grass is brown (like it should be) no green weeds showing; but our neighbors on both sides are bright green with weeds all over their lawns (yes, you can see a huge difference that its obvious our treatments are working) - We absolutely LOVE our Lobb-Alexis Tech who is always our same person (for several years now) o For privacy purposes I won t say who our tech is, but they always have time to discuss our needs with us, what their strategy is for each treatment, the products used, and the best approaches that we can rely on them for keeping our yard and ornamentals and trees thriving (they really know the biz of healthy grounds management) o Our tech always gives us a heads-up phone call the day before they are scheduled to come out o P.S. did I mention we love our Tech? - I d also like recognize the professional and very helpful office staff of Lobb-Alexis, as well they always have answers and references for other reputable and dependable outdoor-related contractors that we can reach out to, as needed (e.g. professional landscapers, arborists/tree experts, and also a new turf installer when we needed a re-sod in our fenced in doggie yard that our fur-babies had ruined) - We also get our ornamentals/trees injection-fed Lobb-Alexis knows the right timing/season for this o Our ornamentals/trees also get external treatments as needed for controlling pests and fungi they are thriving and beautiful Thanks to our Tech and Lobb-Alexis, we always know where we stand, how we are doing, and where we are going with our grounds management. Alex and David were very professional, Christian young men, taking care with the applications, explaining what they did and when they would return. Also very friendly.

Terrible customer service. The only good thing about this company is my service tech Ronnie. Owner came out for initial contract said they kill anything with legs in the yard. That didnt happen. They told me call pest control. I have chinch bugs destroying my yard with new sod. They cant get rid of chinch bugs when you call for a call back service beware the call back person laughed at me and said just let the Bermuda grass take over. Are you kidding why do I need you then. Still have weeds crabs grass vines. Then they canceled and would not come back. They are horrible and very expensive to not get the job done. Dont waste your money or time with them.

Lobb Alexis did a great job on my yard. They completely eliminated all the weeds and clover and kept my grass looking perfect year round.

Lobb Alexis has been taking care of my yard for a few years and I have to say i have the nicest yard in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Lobb Alexis!!

Beware owner came out promised to help with spraying. He was in a hurry. Paid $70 a month and 2trees died and it garden looks worse then when they started. I called several times to no avail finally I cancelled service and they stopped coming. However he put me in collections. The people who work for him said the two owners split and there are different territories. Guess I got the bad one.BEWARE!! I m going to small claims court!!!

They are too expensive and not very friendly. I would suggest Truegreen instead who have excellent customer service and can treat your lawn for half the price.
