I asked for only my front yard to be cut. I have stated this several times via text and I have stopped them from cutting the back once before. Devastatingly, your company cut my back yard. I have multiple gardens growing and lots of new sprouts. Your crew ran all of that over! I had 5 new blackberry bushes and now I have 3! I am so upset and disappointed.
These guys are amazing! They were great from start to finish. Great customer service, on time, and the best part the prices are unbeatable! Very helpful with every question me and my wife had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I liked the length of the grass after they would mow and they were punctual however they did not clean up grass trimmings or clean up after they were done. When I emailed about the issue the first time I didn’t get a response and the second time they were slightly rude. I paid $45 for biweekly services but I canceled when the issue wasn’t addressed. wouldn’t recommend them
Fast response and service time but the quality wasn't there in the cut provided. Had uncut patches in spots throughout the yard. I'm still thankful they provided the service as is was done quickly after scheduling. I might call again if I need a quick service.
I called and made an appointment today. 2 guys came out and did a horrible job so when I called the owner Liam and sent pics and told him that I was unsatisfied with the job. Liam was very professional and came out in person and fixed/finished the job perfectly. So that's why I gave a 5 star rating. He was apologetic and he mulched my garden free of charge.
Excellent customer service, very puntual, they have the best prices in town, and are very reliable. Always on time. I'm very happy with their services, would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends. Oh, and Liam thank you for personally coming out with your crew and beautifying my front lawn in such a short notice. It is greatly appreciated! Have gotten awesome compliments on it. Update: Unfortunately we began having no show no call issues. We have two properties that we needed lawn maintenance on yet we re not able to get them out to cut even though they said they would. We always paid on time so I am not sure if they were having issues with people availability to work or something else. I never received a message. Stop your search here! Lawn looks amazing. Great pricing! Friendly service. They even respond to texts. Thank you for taking pride in your work!
They always did a great job, but lately stopped showing up, and stopped even letting me know if they couldnt make it. I was selling something online, and the woman said google maps brought her to the wrong street. She talked to the woman who lived there, and the woman told her Grass Kickers also showed up the week before and just started cutting her lawn at the wrong address (when they were supposed to cut my lawn)! They cut my lawn for over a year now. For them to not know my house is ridiculous, but when I texted to ask if this was true, they said yes the map brought them to the wrong house. So why didnt they text or call?!!? Hello??

Great Lawn Care Company! I called them last min to help with lawn care, after getting the run around from a few other Lawn Care Companies. They came out and did my large lawn, that had gotten out of control. Looked awesome afterwards! They also came out and weeded a flower bed and added mulch. They have been coming weekly, and always respective, professional, and quick to change anything I suggest. Awesome Company!
Grass Kickers Lawn care came to the rescue when another service provider had rescheduled me five times in row! I called their posted number and spoke to their team lead who said they would be there same day!! Truly grateful for their impeccable customer service.
Used them a number of times. First 3 cuts were awesome!! 2 cuts after that, broke something each time with no compensation, cuts were uneven or spotty and flowerbed had grass blown into it . The last time they didnt show 3 times no call or text communicated as to why or anything! Acted the same with a family I referred to them. Always excuses, rarely accept ownership and offer solutions.
They will not cut with a chance of rain. They say its a liability, but yet my entire neighborhood got cut on schedule but me. Had to cut on my own because they didnt show up because of weather.
