Probably the best company I have ever used for any sort of house maintenance - and have had to deal with a lot after Ida damage. Had some shrubs that needed to be pulled out, multiple areas in the front and back that needed to be leveled out, and a lot of old bricks from prior gardens removed. Mario came out quickly and gave me an estimate that same day. Estimate was very reasonable. Started work within a week and finished in one day. Communication was fantastic throughout - even sent me videos while they were working. Workers were very neat. And end result looks great. Can t ask for anything more when having people work on your house. Would recommend without hesitation.

Clean Cut Landscape does excellent concrete work. This is the third time that I have used them for concrete work. All three concrete jobs were exceptional. Total perfection. And they completely clean up when finished. Mario and Lou and the rest of the crew are so kind and professional. I recommend Clean Cut highly for cement work. They have also planted grass for me as well as put down dirt. I would not use anyone else but Clean Cut Landscape.

Clean Cut made revisions and repairs to my existing irrigation system. Mario returned my call almost immediately (which was my first pleasant surprise), came out in less than a week to review my system, make recommendations, and give me an estimate. He videoed all recommendations to ensure we had full agreement on the scoped of work. I paid for this visit, which I found unusual, but simply considered it part of the overall cost. Mario and his crew came out the very next day to do the job. The crew was very professional and very courteous. Mario was there for most of the job providing oversight and direction. I didnt count the crew but I think there was, beside Mario, a handful of men working, Everyone stayed in constant motion, and moved efficiently trenching and making system revisions. The job was done in one afternoon, was done correctly and neatly, and the jobsite was left immaculate. I am a recovering perfectionist and I have to say, I could not find anything to ask them to fix or clean up or do differently when they were done. I think I could have found a cheaper price, but I must say, the small premium I paid was worth the job done so quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. I find that is almost impossible to find in the contractor population today. Most dont even call you back or dont show up. Those that do often do not have the skill to perform the job correctly. I certainly would hire Mario again.

Mario and his crew at Clean Cut installed a gorgeous new landscape in my backyard (after first clearing out old shrubbery and a ton of cypress knees). They installed limestone and concrete paver walkways on both sides of our house as well as foundation plantings along the walkways. They also installed a drainage system and an irrigation system. It was a HUGE amount of work that was done professionally, in a very reasonable amount of time for a fair price. The crew cleaned up after completing the job such so that youd never know any work had been done - except for the fact that the job completely transformed my property. Mario had a lot of great ideas but also worked with me to incorporate some of my ideas. Everybody in the crew was polite and friendly. I will be using Clean Cut to landscape my front yard next. I recommend them highly as Mario really knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to make a customer happy.

Our yard project included removing some plants and beds and sodding those areas, pruning existing plants, removing old mulch and putting layer of top soil in all beds, planting some new plants and many bedding plants and mulching all beds. He corrected an absolute disaster caused by plumber trying to install subsurface drainage. He had to close in trenches, regrade the backyard, then reinstall the subsurface drainage and sprinkler system that was destroyed. Finally had to resod backyard and reinstall landscaping. The end result was great. Very friendly and professional, crew. They cleaned the pool deck and driveway every day. I wish I had found Mario sooner. Strongly recommend him.

Hurricane Ida toppled a tree in my front yard and the roots damaged the in ground sprinkler system. They replaced the damaged section and upgraded to an automatic timer system. In addition they removed three tree stumps in my back yard and leveled and covered with sod. They also replaced a large damaged section of my front lawn with new sod. The owner Mario was on site the entire time and closely supervised his crew. He also took the time to explain each phase of the work performed. I used Clean Cut Landscape for installing drainage around the back of our house. I got 3 quotes for this project, all had very different approaches and price points. Mario was in between on price (not the cheapest) but his approach seemed much more straightforward and strategic than the others. He also was flexible about working with me to get it done in stages, and was very responsive about updating the final quote and talking through a few of the specifics. So far - weve had a couple heavy rains since the project and the backyard hasnt come close to flooding like it did previously so Id say the goal was accomplished!

Mario and his team are amazing. From start to finish he explained every detail of the process (drainage work) and made suggestions for the current; as well as future projects. Very impressive group to work with on time (early actually) and worked hard. Will use in the future for additional work. End of the day cleanup was well done.

Made us pay $55 for a consultation fee and didnt even actually give us a scheduled time. Then showed up all of a sudden with about 2 hours notice and proceeded to go oh Jesus and insult us for not taking care of our yard, when it is literally his job to fix bad yards, and that is why we called him. Quoted us $7500 and suggested (without prompting) that maybe we should just get some hobos to do the work instead. So I guess thank you for the confidence to go rent a $200 brush cutter from Home Depot and do this whole thing ourselves in a day and a half. I guess some people pay professional dominatrixes more than 55 bucks to yell at them for 10 minutes, so maybe it was worth it, I dont know.

Mario is AWESOME. When I called he responded. We met and he got me a quote the next day. He let me know a week before he was coming. He wasnt on time....He was EARLY. Who does that? He came with a crew. Everyone was happy, smiling, whistling and over all in a great mood. The finished most of the project on the 1st day. Came back the next day and finished. He and his crew did an amazing job. I will be using them for my landscaping (after construction). If I could give 10 stars I would.

Mario and his team really know how to implement effective drainage solutions. Water used to accumulate rather quickly in some lower areas around the perimeter of our property during a rainstorm. We just experienced a heavy rain after the work was completed, and have noticed a dramatic difference. In particular, we no longer need galoshes to walk on the patio after a heavy rain. They clearly care about customer satisfaction, kept in touch throughout the process, and were very happy with the outcome. Great work!

For many years, I had water drained from the low point in my pool area by a small sump pump to the street. Due to constant Louisiana downpours, it would have to be replaced every year. This year the rain was so heavy that the sump pump just never worked and as a consequence, the water would back up into my pool area. Mario suggested a gravity drain which his crew installed in a days time and my drainage issues were gone overnight. All without a pump that I would have to replace every year. on Mar. 30th, Mario and crew came spend the day to install drainage and enhance my stepping stones with a mondo grass frame. When they left, the only evidence of their presence was the enhancements to the beds and no evidence of all the digging they did for drainage....awesome....total quality work. Entire crew works with little supervision, everyone has their specialty to the project and work never stops until done...including clean-up to the point of being a little better than when they arrived. From conception to completion of our backyard landscaping project, Mario was knowledgeable, passionate, thorough, on-time, hands-on, articulate, managed his experienced crew with precision, no wasted time, and extremely professional. His crew cleaned-up at the end of each of the 3 days, and did a very thorough cleaning on the final day so that it appeared that no dirty work ever took place. Our most recent experience with Clean Cut was just a week ago, but the company has proved itself on perhaps a half dozen earlier occasions--last weeks good experience was by no means a fluke.

I cant say enough good things about this landscaping company. I called them initially in the spring to do an overhaul of our front garden, which had gotten very overgrown and disheveled. Mario and his crew did a fantastic job! While my yard is small it had huge problems: rainwater was accumulating and flowing toward the slab and pooling in the backyard, and I needed landscaping in the front and backyard following replacement of the driveway, front door landing and sidewalk. They did a fantastic job: installed a new French drain system and tied in the downspouts from gutters, landscaped the front and backyards totally changing the appearance of my home. The drain works as envisioned and planned-the water doesn t pool and the runoff from the patio cover is captured and flows away from the house. The products he used for the drain will last a very long time and should be worry free for years to come. He was very accommodating and thoughtful-he saw some items intended for use in the landscape and incorporated them without my asking. He shaped up my potted plants and added some lagniappe plants to the design. Overall he exceeded my expectations and I m very pleased with the appearance and function. I interviewed 3 lanscaping companies and Mario was by for the most professional and enthusiastic landscape designer. We had 15 year old red tipped trees in our backyard that were diseased and dying and needed to come out. Mario had a vision for our backyard as well as our front yard. We are so happy that he did the job for us because his design went beyond our expectations. We also had him put in an irrigation system as well as lighting for the front and back yards. We are so happy with Mario that we are only using Clean Cut Landscape to do our trimming and planting our annuals throughout the years. Mario and team transformed our front yard and backyard in less than 2 weeks! His design work is excellent - we had a 1 hour walk through/conversation about what we wanted, and his design was spot on. They were very easy to work with and built a lot of trust during the process. We have used Mario and his team twice in the past year. When we first bought our home, he installed drainage pipes so that our back yard would not flood as it had with the previous owners, and consequently come into our home. One year later and we havent flooded once! This time around we had him install a sprinkler system in both the front and rear yards (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS). He also added lighting in the front, along with zoysia sod. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of his work, and the effort that he puts into his job. He personally comes out, and goes over exactly what you want done. & the BEST part of it all... Is that he stays on the job with his men the entire time. He makes sure every detail is the way its supposed to be, & he was always the last to leave. On a side note, kudos to his workers... they didnt leave their trash behind, or cigarette butts (as some construction type people do). If youre looking for quality, affordability, precision, and an overall great job... Give Mario a call & you wont be disappointed.

Mario made me a very satisfied customer. After going through a renovation project, I was physically and mentally exhausted. I needed some landscaping and a fix to some significant drainage issues in my backyard. Considering my experiences with other contractors, I was not looking forward to another phase of my project. I had met with a few landscaping companies and ultimately went with Mario because he seemed to have more expertise on the drainage issues. I am glad I did. Mario finished on time and on budget! What a breath of fresh air. Marios managers and crew were top notch people who seemed to be enjoying and taking pride in their work - and it showed in the results. We just had our front yard landscaped by Mario with Clean Cut Landscape Co. It was a great experience from our initial consultation to completion. Mario is very professional and knowledgeable. It was evident how important it is to Mario to make his customers very happy with the final result. Our home is eighteen years old and now with our beautiful landscaping it looks like a new home! We love the design and all the beautiful plants he picked out. The whole process went so smoothly and quickly. Demolition (which Im sure was no easy task), building the beds and adjusting our sprinkler system only took one day. That same evening we (Mario) picked out the plants and by the end of the next day we had a gorgeous new garden! I cant wait to do our next phase with him which is accent lighting. I am recommending Mario to all our friends a family.

First of all I wish there were more stars to click on, 5 just isnt enough!!! Not knowing anything about landscaping I needed a professional and Mario at Clean Cut Landscaping came highly recommend. We gave him a call and by the very next day we had a game plan!!! We were installing a complete irrigation system, lighting, bedding, plants and trees for a corner house...which is a huge task! I could not wait to get started so we set up appointment for the next week, Wednesday at 8:30 am to be exact. Mario and his complete team of professionals and professional equipment arrived at 8:22am that Wednesday and worked through rain, heat and shine for 3 days, always arriving on time!!! What I was left with was the most fantastic, beautiful, creative landscaping on the block!!!! I find myself leaving the house just to see my gardens and lighting as I pull back in my driveway. Even the Rainbird sprinkler system is amazing...who would have thought it could be so exciting watching your plants get watered!!? Mario was extremely professional to begin with. He listen to exactly what we wanted and didnt want and came through. He explained every detail and how things would operate. When he gave a time that him or his guys would be here, thats exactly when they showed up. The work they did to transform our backyard was absolutely breathtaking. We had someone else do our backyard before and we were very disappointed. Our backyard is so much more than we ever thought it could be. They guys did what they had to do and more. Made sure everything was clean and in the right spot. We LOVE it! We will definitely be doing business in the future.

I first called Mario to remove some sago palms because our puppy ate them and almost died. So we told him we needed something non toxic and would look good by the pool. He came back with exactly what we wanted, simple and easy and it looked great. Shortly after we had our fence redone and they all but destroyed the garden. So I called Mario again, this time with a bigger job. We told him a very vague idea of what we wanted and he was able to envision a master piece. Our only requirements was, no pink and since I am a gadget guy, when it came to the lights I wanted the color changing LED spotlights. Mario and his crew did the whole garden including trees, lights, sprinkler system, cleaning up the pavement and hauling off all the old debris within 8 hours. And the difference was incredible. Mario is very personable and professional, he meets with you before the job to see what you want, then to show you what he has come up with, and he is present during the job to assure its done to his standards and make sure you are happy with it. I would and will use his service again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone.

Mario delivers again! This is my second time using Mario; my first eperience was two years ago, he installed my rainbird irrigation system. My second experience was three weeks ago; he installed curbside pavers and jasmine. Mario is the ultimate professional. He shows up early, does what he says hes going to do and finishes before the promise date. I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone who ask.

It took us 9 months and finding Mario before we could afford our landscaping. If not for Mario and his team, it would have taken another year or more. I put out calls to people and they either never returned my call or they were double what Mario quoted. When I received his flier in the mail, I called immediately, he unlike the others responded with in the hour and was at my house the next morning. He was very conscious of our budget and worked closely with us. His team was there working when he said they would be and everyone was wonderful and respectful of our property. Once we decided on the plants for our gorgeous gardens, it was completed in a day. We have listened to him and have been watering daily and keeping our sod very wet, and within the past 2 weeks, we have beautiful green grass taking and our flowers are all blooming. We love our gardens so much that we spend all of our time outside even with the very cool weather we have been having.
