I had a landscape emergency this morning, one third of my beloved ancient crabapple broke off during the night. I called Matt. He arrived soon after with his chainsaw and cleaned up the mess. Such a nice outstanding guy!

Horrible experience. Grass wasn’t cut, my lawns always were overgrown and never looked nice. For a paid service, this was embarrassing. Wanted money before the grass was cut each month, and now I know why. Would never hire again, cannot be trusted. Edit: guy continues to lie about the situation, which I have all on text message. Guy wanted money before he mowed each month, which I told him was strange and unheard of but “that’s how he runs his business”. Guy maybe mowed the yards twice each month, and I know this because I mow lawns as well so I know what they’re supposed to look like. I can’t tell if this guy knows what he is doing is wrong or not, but either way I would never hire again.
