5+ stars! You've been there. Overwhelmed. Stressed. Hangry. Depressed. Austin went above and beyond to help pull us out of our despair. He helped make sense of our chaos. Once the house was cleared of all the "junk" he then put in the effort to determine what was true garbage and what could be reused or recycled. We just didn't have the energy or strength to go that extra mile. He was a true lifesaver. Meanwhile, while Alison (his partner and cousin) couldn't help physically due recovering from an injury, she was working hard behind the scenes helping pass on items through the Internet. You won't regret working with this duo.

The Cousins Dump n Run team was extremely responsive, transparent, and honest. They responded immediately to my text, found availability right away, were prompt in arriving, and immediate in getting to work. For our job, we were worried about two things. One, the sheer amount yard waste and how much that would cost. Two, how they would haul all of that from the backyard where we created the pile to the driveway. The last thing we wanted to do after yard cleanup was to break it down to smaller pieces AND haul it ourselves to the driveway, to then get it loaded and taken away. We had a huge pile of bamboo stalks, branches, foliage. The stalks were about 3-5 feet tall and we were worried about how they would be able to carry that away. They did it seamlessly. They not only figured out how to reckon with the huge pile but they also moved the whole load which was about 20 feet away to the truck. All with friendly service and affordable price. Checked all our boxes and saved us a LOT of physical energy and time. It would have taken my husband and I an entire afternoon. They did it within an hour. I attached a photo of the actual job request - what's not pictured is that we had about 8 full brown bags of yard waste that they also offered to take with them.
Great company! We hired Cousins to remove old construction and yard debris that’s been stored in our driveway. Communication was excellent, they were on time and worked efficiently. We had a lot of wood from an old deck, home remodel and metal scrap, as well as large branches from old trees. I appreciated how they loaded their trucks and also talked about how items would be recycled or disposed. On top of being a great team, Alison and Austin are just really nice people! I would not hesitate to hire them again. I highly recommend Cousins!

We have used Cousins twice now, once for junk removal and a second time for hauling a very heavy sofa from one persons house to mine, which included going up a flight of narrow stairs. They are very responsive and also communicate when theyll arrive at your project. I absolutely will be using them for future needs.

Instead of just spring cleaning, I like to do a winter, fall, and summer clean out. My kids are growing fast every year so we always have stuff to donate or get rid of. Cousins made sure to double check the haul they picked up and confirmed I was satisfied. They even offered to take down and remove the old trampoline Ive been meaning to get rid of for the last year. They were so nice about it too! And fast!!! They are much more convenient and affordable since I dont have a truck and prefer not to make multiple trips to the dump or donation station. Especially with the price of gas nowadays. Ill use them again .

WOW! Fast service and took away my old couch and a sink. I thought they might have trouble taking the couch out due to the angle to the hall but they knew what they were doing! A million stars! Already have them booked to come back in a week to take away anything I cant give away!!
Great service! They helped remove furniture to the dump. They worked with me to meet during my lunch. They quickly hauled everything outside so I could get to work. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Price was reasonable.
