Owen and his team were fantastic. After initially reaching out he stopped by me and my wifes property to give us a quote. His quote was fair and accurate. And, on the scheduled day, Owen and his team arrived at the discussed time and did a complete, thorough job. I was amazed at the transformation and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for yard services!
Owen is friendly and communicative. He quoted me for general yard cleaning, lawn removal and river rock. The price was reasonable and the work was completed on time. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him for regular maintenance moving forward.
I tried for a couple weeks to set up a small yard cleanup but was not getting responses. Today, after another attempt, I got a brief response that they are fully booked and not accepting new customers. This company is well rated for their actual work, but I give them one star for poor communication with potential clients. Perhaps the fact that they are fully booked. should be clear on their website?
I talked with Owen about my Mom's yard that was very overgrown. He came out for an estimate, and then fit us into his schedule to get the job done within a week. They did an amazing job! So happy with the work and excited to have my Mom's yard looking great from here on out with Royal Garden! It's so hard to find reasonable prices and reliability these days....THANK YOU Owen!
I hired these guys to do a clean up and they did an awesome job! Owen and angel came out here and got this done in a quick and efficient manner. I’m actually pretty impressed. Their estimates were 100% fair and affordable compared to other companies. Any Landscaping/ maintenance needed to be done will be through these fellas. Shout out owen and angel from royal garden
Royal Garden Lawn Maintenance is the best! My neighbor recommended them and I texted the number and Owen came out and assessed my yard and gave me a quote, time and day they would be doing my yard. He’s so nice, always shows up on time and never misses a day! My yard has never looked so beautiful and put together!
If I could give Owen and Royal Garden Lawn & Maint. a 10 I would. He and his crew go above and beyond to help my elderly parents. He does an amazing job on their lawn, he takes the time to talk with my parents and they always look forward to Owen coming over to do their lawn. Even when my parents were stuck in their house from the weather, Owen offered to go over and make sure they were OK since I live up in Portland it's tough for me to get down to Salem on a drop of a hat. Two years ago my moms lawn mower broke an I decided I could no longer take care of the up keep of the property 2 acres so we looked around and after talking to royal garden we found Owen to be so friendly and knowledge in his proffesion we have never been upset he does one of the best jobs I have ever seen and if you need something extra done he gets it done fast this is with out a doubt the best lawn care and maintenance people in Salem and the sourending area if
Owen was professional and speedy!
Owen estimated and accepted payment of $555 for landscaping services, but only worked for three hours. Owen could have said Hey, that wasn t as difficult as I thought it would be. I ll do the right thing and reduce my bill . But instead: Owen charged $223 per hour for hedge trimming. ( $335 for 90 minutes work) Owen charged $147 per hour for lawn mowing. ( $220 for 90 minutes work) Plus complete clean-up, removal and disposal of trimmings was not done as promised, leaving a significant and inconvenient mess. Plus he totally disregarded very specific cutting height instructions and scalped parts of the lawn. A previously envied front lawn now has several very ugly brown areas which will need weeks to recover. Owen should have said Hey But he didn t. He took advantage.
My neighbor referred Royal Garden Lawn Maintenance to me. My very first call to the business was answered - by the owner! He came out the same day and bid the job. He said he could start the following week, but would try and do the initial clean up within a couple days. Within two days Owen showed up and got busy. When it comes to landscape companies, Ive never had better service! Reasonable rates, they do what they say they are going to do, and top notch professionalism!

We would highly recommend ROYAL GREEN LANDSCAPING. We hired Bob (owner) to remove roots, grade and lay down new sod after we had two large trees removed. We immediately felt comfortable with Bob s non-pressure approach, friendliness and ease of conversation. In scheduling the work, he was communicative, responsive and professional from start to finish. The quality of work is superior! But the job didn t end there, he has also helped with many other tasks that my husband could not do on his own. Since then, Bob has come by to make sure that everything was in good order and to let us know he was ready for the next task we have asked him to do. Bob, we thank you and ROYAL GREEN LANDSCAPING so very much for your most professional, polite and responsive attitude. We love our yard so much and can hardly wait for the next phase. We have received so many nice compliments from our neighbors. We re very happy and would highly recommend ROYAL GREEN LANDSCAPING to friends and family.

I certainly enjoyed meeting and working with Owen. My yard was overgrown and unkempt and he and his helper brought it all under control. The lawn is now manageable and Owen gave me an excellent price for maintaining it. The garden looks lovely with a layer of reddish bark all over. Thank you!

Owen was absolutely amazing! He was able to completely fix our backyard, it was overgrown and covered in weeds and blackberry bushes. Now we have a fresh start. Very affordable and friendly as well. Will be using royal for all future lawn care.
