Is the best company ever

I would not use this person again. His work was very poor and he was paid for a job and did not do the work. Has refused to return my money.

We paid Jose and his team for approximate 1.5 months to maintain the landscaping for a home we were selling. Very little work was done to maintain the property; bushes were not trimmed, weeds allowed to grow everywhere, etc. We had to ask him to come out and do the job we paid for multiple times. His crew moved sprinklers that we were using to water grass and did not put them back on at least two occasions. We were not living in the home at the time (which he knew) and we had friends inform us that this had been done. The realtor for the buyer of the home was at the home when his crew showed up. They discussed the weeds and overall condition of the lawn as well as the cost to have him continue to maintain the home once they moved in. The realtor was asked if she spoke Spanish and when she replied that she did not, he and the crew only spoke Spanish right in front of her then quoted her an obscene amount. The realtor called to inform us that she felt he was being dishonest and was extremely rude. Overall, he charged an extravagant amount for poor work. I would not recommend!

The job wasn't done according to what was agreed on, way too costly , $700. Took out my flowers that were supposed to stay and wasn't truthful with what he said he would do, all the major things i needed done are still there{ big piles of brush} and the bark dust was just thrown over weeds, instead of pulling the weeds like was agreed on,, not even enough bark dust to keep weeds from coming back!!! poor job done !!!
