I have had the team from Guzman's Property Maintenance out 3 times so far in the last few years for various projects, and they have gone above and beyond every time. They are quick to respond and communicate and have great follow through. Always make sure the job is done to my satisfaction as well. They are my go-to guys for the extra big projects that are too daunting for me to tackle alone, or because I lack the machinery to do properly. Highly recommend their services!
I had a few months of deferred maintenance on a property I own in NE Salem, I reached out to the owners of Guzman Property Maintenance and I had an estimate for the work within hours, and they did a fantastic job getting the job done, cleaning up after themselves and being thorough in their work. I would 100% reccomend this company to anyone needing a great landscaping company.
Seferino and his team did an amazing job on our yard work they worked very hard to make our yard look in a lot better shape. I was really glad to see the Japanese maple tree to be trimmed and the nasty hedges out front to be gone. I can’t say enough about the new bark dust they laid down it just is overall amazing! The team was quick to respond do an estimate and get to work on my project. They were very caring and respectful! They also asked questions before doing some things! I would definitely recommend using this company and I’ll definitely be using them again thank you Maria, Seferino and the rest of the crew!
Really appreciate the cleanup they did of a horrible section of my yard! It had really gotten away from me, and now it looks so good I've scheduled an event for my garden club here. Sefarino went above and beyond in cutting back all along my creek front and raising up my very heavy birdbath onto blocks. Thanks so much!
Seferino Guzman did an excellent job with our front yard. He was very quick to respond, & came out for a quote the next day, on a Sunday. He started the very next day, on Monday. He emailed me a professional, itemized invoice. He ripped out the wood chips on plastic, ground up a stump, and installed sod and roses. The white roses were hard to find because it was the end of the blooming season; but his kind, helpful wife hunted for enough white rose bushes at several nurseries, and came through for us! The whole job was finished in just two days!!! We are very pleased with his work, and his price was fair.
I am so grateful for Guzman Property Maintenance! Maria and Seferino have been more than helpful! My mom’s yard had become out of control with weeds and she couldn’t keep up. Within less than 24 hours, Seferino had the entire front and back yard cleaned up. It was such a huge stress relief for my mom. She enjoyed their service so much she plans to have Seferino out for monthly maintenance. The price was reasonable and the quality of work has been fantastic!
Highly recommend! Seferino and Maria were so nice and easy to work with. I submitted an online request for a quote and they responded within a few hours. The next day, Serefino was at my house. He took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. Once I decided to have the work done, they scheduled me right away. Would strongly recommend using Guzman. We hired them for a big job at my in-law s backyard and in two days they removed massive blackberry vines, a cherry tree, and apple tree, and a couple of smaller shrubs! Saved us from doing a ton of work ourselves and a lot of back pain.

Maria, Seferino, and their team were able to get a property cleaned up for my clients within a couple of days from the time of the estimate! They both communicated through the whole process, sending pictures of the job after it was done and communicating when they were at the property and leaving the property. Seferino was not only on time but early and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time! I really appreciate the hard work they did and for such a reasonable cost!

Guzman Property Maintenance did a perfect job clearing out old furniture, junk, trash from our unused apartment. The floors where left clean , everything was done 100 percent. I am certain to use his services again in the nearest future. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

I was pulled out of work on disability last week and we now need to sell our house in an emergency, within the next month. I texted Guzman Property Maintenance YESTERDAY after seeing an ad and pictures, to ask for an estimate and also to be allowed to pay upon sale of the house, since we need the work done now but cant afford it until after we sell. Seferino came to the house at 3 p.m. and I received the estimate last night. There is a lot of work to be done (tons of weeding, trimming, hauling, bark dust, etc). I accepted the offer, as they allowed me to be billed after the sale of the house AND they are here TODAY to do the work, in the rain no less, because they know we are in an emerging situation with the realtor coming to take pictures Thursday! We are grateful we found Mr. Guzman! I emailed them, they replied the next day, came out the following day and sent me a quote. They have been clearing the jungle of a yard we had. The last owners planted every kind of plant they could find. Mr. Guzman has been here for 8-9 hours and still has a smile. Highly recommend this hard working company. Amazing work, can t believe this is our yard! It s a yard and not a jungle anymore.
I scheduled them out for an estimate and 30 min before the appointment they texted and said can t make it find someone else. Not happy. When I further inquired they texted cease and desist with further communication. Not sure what kind of business they are doing. Your response is not true that is exactly how it happened.
Well let me say we were very impressed with everything. We had general cleanup and trimming back bushes, oh, and cleaning up the beds and barkdust. 5 and 1/4 hours of constant work. They hauled everything away also. We were thoroughly impressed and will be calling them again I am sure in the future. PS Serefinos response time was amazing . 2 other companies never even responded.

Seferino came out last minute and Have gave me a great Estimate on some Lawn Cleanup. My lawn was horrible and I didnt know where to start. He came out and offered same day service and completed the job in a timely manner. This company is Awesome!!! Thank You for all your help..Thumbs Up!!!
The have us the best estimate for a clean up job for our back yard and garage. It was really bad and he got it done in three days that would of took us weeks. Would really recommend he is very professional.
