Met with Michele a few weeks ago to discuss plans for redoing our front yard with native landscaping options. Michele was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some tips on other areas of the yard as well. She has a number of options at very reasonable prices. I've never owned a yard before and had been feeling overwhelmed about what to do with our yard after buying a house last year. I knew what was working and what wasn't, but I lacked vision for how exactly to go about making my yard beautiful AND supportive of native birds/bees/butterflies. Michele gave me beautiful, detailed plans that - while they'll take me a while to implement - made me feel relieved and confident that I can chip away at mini projects and areas one by one. She even took into account my color preferences, told me the best place to put my container gardens for vegetables, and even where the composter should go! I love that she also included the best places to buy plants locally and online and ranked them from best to less good but still acceptable. Highly recommend working with Michele if you're in the Keene area and care about sustainable, regenerative landscaping that supports our pollinators - her love and passion for what she does comes through and you'll learn a lot!

Michele offers a unique service with Healthy Home Habitats. She is a master gardener and landscape designer, but knows how to cater to newbies like me, making this fun and less intimidating. She offers all sorts of creative ideas, ways to use tools that we already have or can make use of! She's an awesome teacher and has an incredible eye for landscaping ideas. She has that kind of energy that spreads to people around her.
