This guy is a swindling crook, he ran into our van while it was parked in a parking lot, and attempted to flee the scene. Another customer saw him do this and stopped him from leaving. When we presented him with a estimate he refused to pay for it. Our insurance company has determined that he was uninsured at the time of the accident which is why he pleaded with us not to call the police.
