Went to say hi to Jim, but he wasn't there. Although Scott helped me out with a question on some curb drilling. We have been very happy with the landscape project that Jim and his company did a few years ago. Things are growing in nicely and over all looks well.

Asked for a quote on a really simple job. It took a month for anyone to come take a look at it. The guys that came were very nice and professional. Then I waited almost 3 more weeks for my quote. Again, this was a really simple job. I had another guy quote me the same day based on photos I emailed to him, while Jim Puffer's quote was more than double the other guy. Needless to say, I hired the other guy. Two stars because the guys that came out were nice, but there's no excuse for a quote to take so long (2 months), and to charge double what someone else will charge.

They completely wasted My time I had called them to schedule a landscaping quote they told me I would have to wait for a call back from Jim to see when he could get me on the calendar for a quote. Well he never actually called me, the admin called me back she had all of my info and fully understood what city I lived in. They couldn't get me on their calendar for a full month because apparently they were really busy. The month goes by and the day of the quote they call me and tell me that they cannot come give me a quote because I live too far. Seriously?! Not only did I arrange my schedule to be home, but I waited all of this time for absolutely nothing I could have started my project earlier since they were the last company I was waiting on a quote from.

Puffer landscaping has done an amazing job both initially designing and now maintaining our yard for the past four years. I had high expectations and have never been disappointed. Jim has so much experience and his attention to detail are the perfect combination for even the most OCD customer.

I have used Jim Puffer Landscape on several occasions and over several years. They have always gone way beyond my expectations, and have been completely dependable. Jim has great design ideas and their work is beautiful. Jim knows and understands the climate and topography of northern Utah and his his landscape work is perfect for this area. I'm so happy to have an award winning company and good neighbor in the Kaysville area. I highly recommend him for all your landscape needs!
