Me Foster was recommended to me so I called him Monday the 28th to have him come fix a zone that no longer goes on. He told me he could come Friday 9/1 but could not give me a time and that he would call or text to give me 1 or 2 hours warning to which I accepted. Friday came and I waited all day? At 2:45pm I called him and left a message to confirm that they were still coming and to call me if something had changed? Nothing ? No call back at all. Bad business practice and rude to let someone wait all day for nothing. Found « Simply Sprinklers who called me right away, professional and only asked for $39 assessment fee compare to Mr Fosters $135.

Just want to let y’all know of a company who’s saved our butts lately. Texas Outdoor Services does an AMAZING job when it has come to adding French drains, sprinklers, fencing, landscaping/lawn services, and weekly pool maintenance. They have even found MORE issues that the pool builders tried to get away with. It’s so hard to find ONE company that you can trust on the first try, let alone 4 at the same time! I’m so so happy!

The owner of this company is awesome!! Let me tell you they haven’t had it easy with our pool maintenance. Our pool was underwater from Harvey until about 3 weeks ago. We are renting a house that was vacant so the owners didn’t fix it till now. Anyway these guys have run into problem after problem with our pool and have done such a wonderful job with making sure it gets done the right way. Scott has also done us a few favors that he wasn’t even paid for. AMAZING customer service in my book!!

Scott is an awesome person & he genuinely cares about your pool! He goes the extra yard to insure you get quality service & is honest about what you need or do not need, to keep your pool running!

They have been servicing (and making repairs) to my pool & equipment for years and it couldn't be easier and more cost efficient! They keep their schedule and reply via email/text if there's something I need to have done. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

These guys are excellent. They started with my pool service and I asked them to do the lawn as well and I am reminded of why I did every week. Highly recommend.

Both the owner and employees are very knowledgeable and personable. Owner has always been accessible by phone for any questions. Excellent work.

Have ordered their services twice now and each time they have not shown up and have not called or emailed me to tell me why. Unreliable and unprofessional. The first time they were a week late and the owner kept saying "tomorrow I promise" for an entire week. I thought maybe it was a fluke because it was summer time and busy but now it is winter and they still failed. Do not use this company. Note: I did not order my lawn service under "Joe Hills". Also I was able to call the owner multiple times and he would promise it would be done the next day but no one would ever show up. My first mowing was for a monday and it didnt get mowed until a saturday.
