The Heroes Lawn Care team did a great job with our fence and exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, patient, answered all questions, and kept lines of communication open. Doing business with them has been a smooth experience, and I'm thrilled with their services and attention to detail. They went above and beyond without hesitation. I'm grateful to finally work with people who have true expertise.

If anyone out there is in need of a new lawn care company I highly recommend Heroes Lawn Care. They are awesome! We've gone through a few people because they werent doing a good job, killing my plants and communication was non-existent, among other issues. Heroes do other things besides mowing and trimming, they communicate every step of the way - letting you know when they'll arrive, problems they see in the yard, etc. They listen to what you want and they actually know the difference between grass and flowers! The price is the same as competitors here in our neighbor hood, the company is Veteran owned, and they do an amazing job. Contact them!

Switch lawn providers due to my previous ones lack of service. Jon and his team were the right choice. They’ve done a great job and communicate well. Pictures of a completed job well done to keep you informed when busy. I always get the heads up when they’r coming and you can trust them to execute at the right price.

I’m a severely disabled veteran (one of my illnesses behaves like a cancer that never turns lethal) and Heroes Lawn Care has really come through for me when it comes to maintaining my lawn. Their prices are very reasonable to me, they do a great and pretty swift job every time, everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely kind and understanding, and they even go above and beyond what’s promised at times just to lend me a bit of a hand since they know I am disabled. Highly recommend for anyone in need of maintaining their landscapes.

I am updating my previous 5 star review. Originally Heroes Lawn care did excellent work on our lawn. Quickly after my initial review the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the staff, both the work crews and the office staff dropped dramatically. We began having to nitpick the work crews to pull weeds, we were charged incorrectly on multiple instances for hedge trimming or charged for mow services that never happened due to weather. Jon, their previous crew manager behaved very unprofessionally on multiple instances, calling us at all hours of the night, frequently after 9pm, and often times dropping by unannounced to discus business. We had them quote a landscape overhaul in May to redo our front lawn, and were constantly met with excuses on why the work was delayed or couldn't start yet. We cancelled the work quote in October, as no work had ever begun. Upon finally hiring a new lawn care service and informing Heroes that we would no longer require their services, we received a highly unprofessional phone call from Diana, in their front office. She claimed that we were only leaving to follow Jon, which is untrue, and went on to make claims and assertions to his character, which is entirely uncalled for, regardless of the truthfulness of her assertions. Ultimately this lawn crew started off excellently, but it did not last. The unprofessionalism of the management is why we have chosen to part ways with Heroes Lawn Care, and we should have done so much sooner.

This team is the real deal - they are responsive, helpful, versatile, and willing to assist in any way necessary to care for the exterior of a home. Jon's ability to be flexible, caring, and professional is a testament to their commitment to their customers. As we move through this hurricane and into clean-up, I am certain that I have the best in the business always ready to do whatever it takes to keep me and my home safe, secure, and beautiful

Jon and the entire team at Heroes Lawn Care has been wonderful to work with. Their work is meticulous and they always keep me up to date on everything in terms of schedule, pricing and any other updates I may need. Jon, Katie, and their entire crew at Heroes Lawn Care are hands-down, the best landscaping and Lawn Care service I have ever experienced. We’ve been in our home for 20 years, and I’ve had several Lawn Care service providers over the years, but I’ve never found one that we could communicate with well, or one who would do a job properly. Please don’t go through the pain we went through for 20 years first before discovering Heroes! They are perfect and everything you would want in a lawn care service. They do a million other things related to outdoor landscaping as well. Jon is genuinely such a nice fellow, and a true professional, and extremely friendly. So glad I found you guys. We will never look elsewhere!
