I tried there service and luis told me it would take a year to get all the weeds out. Ive gone a year and still have just as many as I did before. Its like they just want a residual income of $85 per visit. he also said if i did the lawn airiation and mineral it would take off. no luck with that either. Honestly I think they should refund my money but Im sure that wont happen.

Luis is great! He is extremely knowledgeable about turf and plants, and has my yard and beds looking fantastic. His workers are courteous and reliable, and always show up when they say theyre going to. I highly recommend Luis if youre interested in having a fantastic looking yard!

Our front yard was destroyed several years ago by bugs late in the summer. We hired GreenER, they treated yard per their schedule, and we followed their recommendations, 1) thin tree canopy, 2) use Amishade sod and 3)watering instructions per month. The lawn is now the greenest in subdivision.

My lawn lost color and did not look healthy with a lot of weed growth encroaching parts of the lawn area. I subscribed to Green ER program B in July, 2022, to see if I can get its state improved. They also did the aeration and gypsum treatment. The weed growth got under control within a couple of months and had been that way all the time. I was told that I should see the condition of the grass should also start improving from 2 months. However, the condition of the lawn has not improved. Since winter is kind of a dormant period, I waited until March (8 months after the program started). Still there was no improvement. I called Luis and explained the situation. He responded promptly and scheduled an appointment. He came to my place, analyzed the situation, adjusted the sprinkler water timings as needed for my lawn and did an extra fertilizer treatment to get the lawn into a good state. Kept in touch with me for the next couple weeks to ensure its working. Lawn looks great. I renewed my service again. Although I did not have a good experience initially, I gave 4 stars for Luis customer service. I understood that if you see no improvement, just try to get in touch with him sooner than later and youll sure be heard.

Luis and his whole team at GreenER have been great to work with over the last several years. They are very responsive to our needs and feedback. The annual schedule has worked well to control weeks and foster healthy grass, bushes and trees. Their online billing system is easy provide payment. We have received many compliments on how well the yard and landscaping looks!

Luis has been a part of our team for over two years and we are lucky to have Green ER Lawns as a partner. We are an owner board of a townhome community, and are responsible for maintaining the grounds in a 23 acre community. Our lawns, plants and trees are more vibrant than ever and have to say we had less damage from the 2021 winter freeze in Houston than most and believe the care provided by Green ER Lawns was a major contributing factor. They identify problems early, are always available to answer questions and provide their expert advice. Recommend them for sure!

We contracted with GreenER in 2020 after researching other companies. We decided to purchase the complete program...lawn, flower beds, trees, and aeration. First, I must commend the initial communication which was prompt and informative. The treatment schedule has been adhered to...they come when they say they are going to come and perform the treatment they are supposed to do. Overall, my lawn looks so much better than it did a year ago and I m very pleased about that, but there are a couple of areas that are not responding to treatment. They have their system down and are efficient at it, but just don t expect any sort of personalized attention to problem spots, or have emails or questions answered. That is the part of the service that is completely lacking. And it is frustrating. Multiple texts and emails have gone unanswered. Frustrated and disappointed. Even though my lawn looks better than it did, there are still some problems areas and I m not happy that I m getting no response.

We had our first treatments almost a month ago. I m stunned, we are so happy with the state of our yard and plants and bushes. We had major damage from the freeze. We were sceptical that some of those plants would recover. They assured us they would. And they were right. Not only recovered but are thriving blooming and growing. We now see how we were throwing away our money on another national company we were using for years. Thank you. A customer for life.

I ve been very pleased with Green-ER in the year I ve used them. I have a 1/2 acre lot that backs up to green belt on two sides, so I thought there wasn t really anything I could do about all the weeds. I d been using whatever Lowe s was selling for years, usually Scott s Weed & Feed, but it didn t do too much. In less than 6 months, Green-ER had the yard completely under control. It s perfectly green and weed free. The next door neighbors have started using them too. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for fertilizer services that are trying to stay away from the big name in the industry like I was.

Luis and his team are professionals all the way. They are easy to work with and answer all my questions and concerns. I have been using them now for over 1 1/2 years and my lawn is looking 100% better. I had several issues to address including weeds, sod web worm damage and take all patch. My lawn was pretty much rid of weeds after the first application. We did have to aerate and re sod a good portion due to the Sod web worm damage and the Take All Patch. We had a little bit of evidence again this year and was taken care of immediately. They send out reminders to adjust the irrigation schedule due to the hot summers and will even adjust the irrigation timer for me. And I use to follow Randy Lemmons schedule for years. I feel I pay less, with better results and not spend as much time worrying. I highly recommend.

We started using GreenER last year. We had sod web worms and brown patch. Our yard looked horrible, I was afraid we were going to have to replace all of the sod. I called Green-ER. They came out and within a few months our yard was back and it looked great! I highly recommend these guys. The technicians are great. Especially Juan who does our yard. Best Lawn Care guys by far! I was having problems with crabgrass and they cleared that up so easily. They even have my tree looking the best its ever been. Truly amazing work! If you want any weed problems to disappear these are the guys to call. Make sure and ask about getting aeration if you really want that A1 look.

I am very pleased with the work this company has done to my yard. About 60% percent of my yard was pretty much gone and they restored it in about 2-3 months. I have been using their service since beginning 2020 and the plan I got also includes trees and shrubs fertilization and I also see how everything is looking greener now!!!! I am absolutely blown away!! I purposely decided to wait a few months to validate the work done on my trees. Since 2015 I have struggled with a Crepe Myrtle that was diseased and got progressively worse year after year. Frustrated by the ineffectiveness of various treatments over the past 5 years, this spring, I decided to remove the tree and replant a different tree. I came across Green-ER Lawns in my search for a service to remove the tree. Mr. Martin the owner visited for a consult and suggested treating the tree and the surrounding trees. I reluctantly agreed. In May 2020 I saw flowers on this Crepe Myrtle for the first time ever! The tree looked amazing!! May turned into August and August to October and for the first time in 5 years I saw flowers for the spring and summer and not one yellow leaf on my Crepe Myrtle! I will be calling Green-ER Lawns every year for that special treatment. My Crepe Myrtle is here to stay! Thank you Mr. Martin!!

I started using GreenEr lawns early 2020. My lawn looked horrible. I had dead spots, sod web worms damage, take all patch, weeds etc. And I was following Randy Lemons schedule My! My yard looks so much better and no weeds! Luis is extremely knowledgeable and discusses the problems in a way that makes so much sense...and his staff is great! They will even adjust your sprinkler schedule for watering...I highly recommend their services!

As a fellow Aggie I know just how proud the school is of their Ag programs and it was clear that Luis had earned a top notch education there and his knowledge on dealing with and maintaining problematic lawns was evident. He provided a timely assessment of our wants/needs and put a plan together to repair our lawn. Each monthly service is quick and on time and his guys are very polite and professional. They even took care of an issue I had with shrubs on our flower bed at no additional cost which was very much appreciated.
