Nalesnik's Landscaping Inc in Katy

Hired Nalesknik for full service maintenance last year. This year I have been asking for weed treatment for 3 months and cannot get a response from the company after contacting them multiple ways. Finally gave up and went with another company. Nalesnik has still not responded to my two emails to cancel service.

Agree with others. Very unreliable. No one shows up for scheduled services. I had to call them to remind them to charge me for when they did arrive. I dont understand whats happening to this company. It had potential. It was the only lawn company I trusted to put a card on file for service. Yet, I have completely lost trust, removed my card from their database and its unfortunate.

Repeat occurrences where I was told I would be receiving a call back and never did. Left voicemail last Friday after damaged property and again no response for multiple days. Quality of work is passable but some of the worst customer service I have come across.**Update Wife finally received a call back where manager didnt acknowledge the past issues with returned calls and criticized us for writing a bad google review.

Its very rare to find a company that has great professionalism, awesome customer service, and perform quality work at a very reasonable price! I want to thank Alex for the wonderful job he and the crew had done in replacing a dozen plants that were damaged during the freeze, and replacing the dislodged pop-up drain that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Alex gave updates about the job and always arrived on time. After the job was completed, I noticed the sprinkler would not turn on around the planted area. Alex promptly sent a technician out within a few hours to check if a cable was accidentally cut. It turned out that the malfunction was caused by a shorted connector in the controller and not by their work. Since it was a simple fix, Alex did not bill me for it! I am just very happy to have found this company and will not hesitate to have them doing my next yard project!

I was referred by a neighbor who is a long time customer. Very quick response and they were able to get me added to the schedule next day. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. So glad I went with them and signed up for bi-weekly service!

We had gone through them a little over a year ago to have stone placed around our front mulch beds. So now we decided to have another mulch bed in the backyard, so I tried contacting them by calling, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail and Cristian called me back. We set up a time for Saturday November 4th at 8am. Cristian did not show up, I texted him, and it took over an hour to get a response. Before he responded I called the office and of course as always, no one answered and didnt respond to my voicemail either. When Cristian finally texted back he said he was up late with his daughter at the hospital, which I understand and gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said could we do it the next morning instead. And I said yes. Once again he did not show up and so I texted him and he never responded. This company used to be great and now something has changed for the worse. Not professional, I will not be contacting them again, and if someone asked me my opinion of who to use as a landscaping company I will be honest and not recommend Nalesnik. Sad how customer service for so many businesses has gotten so bad. If you dont want my business or money just close up shop already. Edit after owner responded... If you cant make it again, then why didnt someone contact me? Still no response. Plus, your website did say open yesterday by the way. To owner, if you want to call me to discuss my review, you can. As you probably should have already, before ignoring my calls, voicemails, and text messages.

I was driving down Katy Hockley Rd recently and came across Nalesniks. I saw that they had firewood for sale which was exactly what I needed. I walked into the front office and a nice young lady greeted me and assisted me with the purchase. She even helped me load up my vehicle with the wood. It was a great experience and I will definitely keep these guys in mind for additional services in the future. If you need firewood or landscaping services, give these guys a shot!

They swapped out some dead landscaping I had and added mulch. They were very friendly both while setting everything up and when they came out to do the work. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

*EDIT after owner response* Hi there, like most people, I dont actually use my REAL name on reviews but I assure you, my household did use your company. You have terrible customer service, which is bogus. You are super rude over the phone and completely disregard any concerns given to you regarding how your business is done.

I have enjoyed working with Christan from Nalesnik Landscaping. He is so polite and respectful and does his best at getting workers out to our house and getting the job done. We have loved the outcome of our trees, bushes and the mulch they put in for us. We just bought the best landscape lights (colorful) from them and am so happy with the customer service they have given me by being patient while I learn the technology of how to use them. Thank you Nalesnik Landscaping. I have recommened you to my neighbors who have asked.

I would highly recommend Nalesniks Landscaping to anyone needing landscaping or irrigation system services for their yard. Cristian and his on-site team are professional, courteous, quick, and fairly priced! We have used Nalesniks Lanscaping for a few jobs and the quality and service have remained consistently high from the initial assessment to the final walk through of the job. We had our lawn prepared for the spring - it was in bad condition from the freezes. Nalesniks provided us with an estimate for landscaping and came through with flying colors. We want to send a shout out to Christian, Alex, and Luis for all of the preparation and follow through in getting this done. It looks beautiful! Great company! This should have showed up as a 5-Star but must have been a computer issue.

They took out my old garden and rebuilt it. I worked with Alex and his crew. They were all very nice and professional. I ve used this company before and will use them again for future needs.

Our house looked like a dead jungle because the freeze killed a lot of our plants. Nalesnik lawn service crew of four came out and cleared the dead plants out, cut tree limbs, weed and feed, and mulched all around the house. Big job. And they did a great job!

Weve used Nalesniks for lawn care, irrigation, and landscaping. Recently, we had our front yard completely restructured (2 large trees removed, old grass removed, reconstruct yard for proper drainage, new sod, and one new tree planted (we have a small front yard). Additionally, new plants in the flowerbeds due to freeze destruction. Alex did a great job architecting plants and shrubs with popping color. The workers were professional, helpful, and did a GREAT job cleaning up when work was completed. Due to the great job they did, I signed up for their seasonal flower planting. Im excited to see what they do. I highly recommend Nalesniks for all your landscaping needs.

Excellent service, on time, professional, no surprises with estimate. Was skeptical initially due to locating them from the internet however it was the best decision ever! Were planning to use them for our 2nd phase of landscaping! Alex was phenomenal!

I just moved into a new home and the yard had been neglected for years. Nalesniks came in and installed a brand new irrigation system, new sod, river rock, created a new bed in front, got rid of a tone of weeds and dead bushes/shrubs/plants and planted many new plants in the front and around my pool. It looks awesome and the crew was great, led by Alex Ruiz. I just signed up for them to do my weekly lawn maintenance, and I expect the great service and work will continue.

We had an amazing experience with Alex and his team at Nalesnik s. No matter what I was planting and replanting in my garden bed of my front yard, it kept dying and I was really sick of the maintenance. We had NO IDEA what to do to the front yard, as my brain doesn t even know what my options are when it comes to a design and what looks nice. We had Alex come out to take a look, and we told him we wanted low maintenance, rocks instead of mulch, and maybe potted plants instead of ground ones so it will be easier for me to change WHEN they die, lol. He gave us a detailed quote with what we thought was a very fair pricing, and addressed absolutely everything we talked about. Plus, his design ideas were great! We ended up doing a stacked retaining wall around the trees, and planted Jasmine, and for the garden bed, he chose beautiful sheet rock, terra cotta pots that varied in size for a more visually appealing look, and a water feature (which I love). They set up an irrigation system inside the pots so they can water themselves through our sprinkler system- which is genius because I would definitely forget to water them. The crew did everything in a day, and I would even say hours. They came in the morning and we re done in the afternoon, and we had a beautiful yard just like that! Alex is so nice and his crew was so respectful. We would highly recommend them, they definitely know what they re doing!

They did a bad job

Nathan is always very helpful and did a great job repairing our sprinkler system. Great service at a fair price.

Nalesniks landscaped all our flower beds. Everything looked great. a few days later after watering every day a few of the plants were dead. I phoned and left a message with my concern. The next day all the dead plants were removed and replaced.

Had Nalesniks come over about 6 weeks ago for an estimate. They left saying they would write up the estimate and follow up with us. 1 week later, no response, called them and were told their designer hasnt been able to get to it. Called back a week later, told we would be contacted again... No response

Worst service and experience ever. I had them come out to make my yard look good and add whatever needs to be added followed by regular service. They never showed up after doing the initial job. Instead I ended up receiving a bill for the service they had never done. I had to make several calls and prove they had never serviced my house.

Hard working people. They do a professional job

Told me they would install grass on Monday, didnt do it until Friday. I informed them it would not be good because I was going out of town for a few days after, was told not to worry about it that he would stop by and water my grass for me. We came back to it all but a three foot circle dead! Asked about weed removal (was mainly dirt, little bit of weeds here and there) told it wasnt necessary bc there wasnt much and the grass laid over would kill it. Needless to say that was a lie too. Waste of like $1200. :(

Great lawn service

Nalesnik s Landscaping has been maintaining our home for nine years. They are reliable, conscientious,reasonable and the personnel is very accommodating. In my opinion they are the best landscaping company in Katy. The personal attention you get whether your job is small or large, is unsurpassable. They do spring color, fall color. Grading and drainage, bed preparation. Mulching and sprinkler repair and many other facets of landscaping.
