Marc returned our request for service in a timely manner. He came shortly thereafter and gave us an estimate and performed the work as soon as he could. He was on time, did a fantastic job on our very high windows.. both inside and out. He has the right tools and knows how to get the job done. He obviously has a good work ethic and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. Our windows have never been so clean! Marc knows the meaning of customer service … we highly recommend him.
