Martz Bros. Lawn and Tree Care in Kansas City

Update - They called to apologize this morning and explained their error. We're changing our stars from 2 to 4. Original... We called this company a while back and were offered a free estimate for lawn care. The tech Darryl was very knowledgeable and nice. But we decided to go with a different company. Today we received an email saying they would be out tomorrow to treat our lawn!!!! We sent an email and called them to tell them we did not accept the quote and for them not to come. The office called back right away to say they had "no idea how our account had become activated and they will delete it right away" (thus the 2 stars vs 1). Thank god we read our emails.

Darrell does a fantastic job.

This is the third year in a row we have called and emailed to cancel service when we received the pre-pay bill. They still came out preformed service without letting us know they were and had to pay for a service we have cancelled several times!

Paul from Martz Bros was very professional and resolved the confusion. I will be using them again.

Over 30 years, I have used several well known companies for my home lawn care and tried the DYI program from a local nursery. Martz Bros. Lawn Care has been the best service and provided the best results I have received. Quality and value are really exceptional. I highly recommend them.

This company came to my house and asked me about treating my tree. I told them I would check and before I knew it they were treating my tree and billed me $150 dollars for work I didn’t need or authorize.
