Beautiful Outdoors Lawn & Landscape in Kansas City

These guys regularly mow, mulch, landscape and service my sprinkler system - they are great! I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his crew did an awesome job on my sprinkler system. The crew was very polite and courteous. The work was completed VERY quickly and with minimum disturbance to my yard. When he was done you could barely tell they have even been there.

Kyle and his crew have done several projects for me the past 5-7 years. From building a retaining wall, laying down a beautiful brick paver patio, and a recent sprinkler system installation, his guys have always done an outstanding job. They show up on time and my price has always been what was quoted. If something in the design changes and that is going to add cost, Kyle addressed it and made sure I signed off on it before the change was made. I use Beautiful Outdoors for all my landscaping needs.

The team built a patio for our backyard and did a great job. We had a somewhat specific idea as to what we wanted (straight lines, gravel and stone pavers, work with structural elements of our home) and Kyle helped make that happen. He was able to source the materials we wanted and the patio is even better than we envisioned. The project was completed earlier than expected and at the price quoted at the beginning of the project.

Horrible, horrible company. I just received once again an invoice with an incorrect amount, but one that has been paid for. Have proof of cashed check. Kyle tells you one amount on the spot, and charges later a higher fee and added service that hasn't been performed. It has been a headache since August, never received promised bids, his mother answers the phone and has the weirdest reasons why I didn't receive my bid. Had the nerve to say the wind blow it away or someone took it. I am so fed up still dealing with this company that I will call the better business bureau tomorrow and go further to file a report for harrassment! Enough is enough!! Get your act straight! You will hear from my lawyer!!

All I can say is you get what you pay for. The bid we received from Kyle was $1000's less than all other companies and now I know why. He does not listen or really care what the customer wants from his services. Also he over sells himself and his services. He told us that our yard would not be any different after having the sprinkle system put in...lie....huge lie. Our yard looks really bad. We have scars all over, his fix - throw some seed down with no covering so nothing grew. So we had to spend more money and our time re-seeding everything. Also to keep on his time schedule he did our work after a week of rain, so the machine they used ripped the yard up and pressed the soil down so much that we are going to have to pay someone else to fix the grade of the side yard...because Kyle said it was not their fault. So unhappy.
