Sadly we're at the mercy of this service due to our HOA, but the team that services Braemar couldn't care less about the service they provide, let alone what your garden looks like. Back in April, this team piled so mulch into the garden that many plants were destroyed. There was complete disregard to the landscaping I did, I'll provide before then after photos because it's unbelievable. I questioned several team members about the destruction, and felt that the issue was settled afterwards. Then last week, I offered cash to cut off long branches from a tree in my backyard, I'm bilingual so I spoke the same language as the personnel, the older gentleman and another man with grills agreed and accepted the cash. Then they proceeded to cut a single branch, LOL! Fool me twice shame on me I guess. Avoid this company if you care about your gardens more than value, a good deal is nice for a moment but bad service lingers. The last photo was the amount I removed from the garden; so besides the fact that they're inefficient, they're wasting resources! This is not a huge yard, it's a small garden!!
My experience regarding US Lawns has been through Whitney Thigpin. Whitney is a hardworking, earnest person who really listens to her clients and makes sure that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. She is a great representative for US Lawns and I look forward to our continued working relationship.

Great Professional Landscape Company
I am the Landscape Chairperson for my community. My US Lawns rep is Michael Coe. He has been wonderful to work with. He reaches out to me about conditions he notices during his visits, and updates me as to when to expect services my community has contracted for, such as seeding, bush trimming, etc. I am very pleased with the service of US Lawns, and appreciate my close relationship with Michael. We are a lawn care team. He always returns my texts, calls and emails quickly and has attended meetings with the community HOA team at my request. I have 2 major projects due this Spring and without Michaels input and support, I would be at a loss as to how to complete them on time and within budget. He has been and is now, a great resource for Landscape projects as well as my every week contracted services. I look forward to a long, close relationship.

We have used US Lawns in our community for years. They always do a great job; show up when scheduled; go above and beyond with the little things like picking up sticks, clearing street sewer drains when they see blocked, pulling weeds in flower beds. Cannot say enough good things!
US Lawns was contracted with our HOA and they were always a pleasure to work with. Any time issues came up, they were always quick to address it. Allen Coe was the manager we worked with and youd have a hard time finding a better individual that takes pride in his job and actually cares about having a relationship vs. just showing up to do a job. No company is perfect, but there wasnt a single instance where a call wasnt answered or returned within an hour if something came up.

Have you ever walked out to your packed car and wondered WHAT HAPPEN?! Where did this scratch or flat tire come from?!!! Does US Lawn maintain the Community grounds where you reside?! They are lacking ethics & professionalism as a whole. I reside in a Community that they maintain lawn care for and they damaged a vehicle and will not reimburse for the damages, they even failed to properly communicate with the owner of the vehicle. The company communicated that because the resident said, not to worry about it, IF you didn t hit the vehicle . Not taking into consideration that it was two male employees that stated We did not hit the vehicle even after viewing a video that the vehicle was clearly hit! They failed to take responsibility for the employee s incident. Also, the community s that they contract with should reconsider their stance with the lack of which this company has demonstrated. You never know who s who. Think twice before contracting them. I will be filing complaints with the local vendor associations and the BBB. We didn t want to file with the insurance company, but we will be taking other relevant avenues. This industry is small when it comes to negative views and Management Companies. I have photos and other complaints that hasn t been filed as of yet, so we will be taking the necessary steps so that this doesn t continue in communities.
