Lawn mowing, sprinkler system services and many other services are phenomenal. Office staff take care of the customer well and always go above and beyond what is guaranteed. Recommend 9/10. Im on a mow route and they always do the best job considering conditions.
Our neighbor hired them for lawn care, and specifically spring clean up. My husband and I had done all our spring clean up the weekend before they arrived at our neighbor’s home to do their spring clean up. The day they arrived was quite windy and unfortunately made a big mess of our yard too- but they did a great job and cleaned up what mess they made in our yard too! Thanks for having great integrity with your employees!
I’ve used West Michigan Lawn Services three or four times for pruning, seasonal clean-up and/or mulching and have been very happy each time. Chad is responsive and professional and the crews have gone the extra yard to make our property look great. I highly recommend!
We have been customers of WMLS for 15 years and have experienced nothing but quality from them. We have used them primarily for fertilizing and weed control but when other services have been needed, they are always reliable, honest, and fairly priced. We highly recommend WMLS.
Terrific job on the fall clean-up! The crew took care of every detail from cleaning the roof and gutters, to removing a pile of pruning debris as well as getting all of the leaves out of the shrubs and into their truck for disposal. The yard looks great! They even remembered to ask me about a sensitive area where they needed to take greater care with their blowers last Spring. Nice touch! Very professional work.. Highly recommended.
We could not be happier with the service we receive from West Michigan Lawn Services. Excellent and professional communication from the owners, Chad and Mark, and truly exceptional service from the crew who cuts our grass, treats our lawn and clears our leaves. When they're done with the cleanup, you'd never know leaves ever fell in our yard or landscaping. Highly recommend West Michigan Lawn Services!!!

I had called to have leaves picked up and was charged $73.50 for pickup and an additional $80.00 for disposal. Was told about hourly charge but not about a disposal charge. Despite the ridiculous charge the work was well done.

They have done an excellent job snow plowing my driveway the past 2 winters -- both thorough and careful plowing, piling the snow in the right place and keeping the end of the driveway clear, and even checking the lawn edges in the spring and removing the marker poles. Ill use them again this year!

This company did a terrible job for three months in a row. My yard never looked goo. I would not recommend this company at all!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. They came and spent 2 hours and did a bad job. I had to hire someone else to fix it and they sent me a bill for 4 hours! . They ruined my sprinkle system and denied any responsibility. Not an honest business. AVOID.
