Not having a good experience with Weedman. Never setup a time or date for mosquito spraying. Never took my billing info. Just saw someone on the cameras around my property come for literally 5mins and leaf blow a small section in front of my yard today. Checked my email and there is an email saying this was a third visit and the second one was July 9th. I have no idea when the first was!!

Door to door salesman was belligerent and foul mouthed when told we did not need or want his services, to take this address off their solicitation list, and never to disturb my peace at home by ringing my doorbell. And of course, no one answers phone at corporate to register a complaint.

I couldnt be more pleased with the service provided by Weed Man. I have three primary criteria I use when considering my level of satisfaction with a product or service. 1. Does it do what it says? In this case a resounding YES! My lawn has never looked so good. 2. Are contacts with the service providers professional and courteous? Another strong YES! Finally, are they good communicators? Three-out-of-three. I very much appreciate the pre-service call alerting me to the date and time they will be at my home. I do not hesitate to recommend Weed Man service, and even though I have sold my home and am moving, I will still make it a point to continue to recommend.

They are so courteous when they re at our house and they re customer service is top notch!! Our grass has never looked better. I couldn t recommend Weed Man more!!

Weed Man in Kalamazoo is amazing! Very friendly and helpful customer service. They have free service calls and are very prompt about it! If I have a problem I know I can call them and they will come fix it as soon as possible! I ve used other companies and this is by far the best!

I arranged for several applications last fall and advised them at that time that I would wait to decide if I wanted to continue this spring. Then without any notice (no phone call, email or letter) someone shows up and makes an overpriced application this spring. I called and advised that I didnt ask for an application this year and was told that the invoices for 2018 stated that the applications would continue this year unless I cancelled. I find their practice of applying without any contact with the customer to be deceptive and shows a total lack of customer service. I will not be using their service again.

I am very impressed with your technician Ben Willson. Ben took time from his busy schedule to introduce himself and explain Weed Mans application process. My lawn looks great after the Spring fertilization - Nice N Green.

They have good lawn fertilizer program with competitive rates. I used their lawn mowing for two years but the quality was so bad they had to come back to fix stuff or do things they forgot like weed whipping or blowing. It got so bad I fired them this year and went with a different person...my son!!!

Weedman is a great service if you want a green lawn and almost zero weeds. However, if you hire them to mow your lawn, your lawn will not get mowed because they don t mow lawns. I asked. They don t even have mowers. (Guy below is obviously confused)

I have had the team at Weed Man maintaining our lawn for 3 years and have been very pleased with the results. At one point I did try another company and quickly realized the quality of service and products were not on the same level as Weed Man. I returned to using Weed Man the following year and havent looked back since.

I have a new house with a lawn only 1 year old. We seeded it and the rain washed the majority of the seeds away last summer. This summer was pretty much nothing but weeds. We gave weedman a try, and within 3 months our lawn looked amazing. I can t wait to see it next year. Weedman is worth every penny. I originally chose them because they were servicing the nicest lawn in my neighborhood. Proof is in the lawn!

This is my first year for using a professional lawn service and I must say the convenience and results are great. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that I still have violets in my yard. Everything else is looking great.

This is our second year using Weed Man/DeVisser Landscape Services, And we could not be happier. Our backyard was filled with mole tunnels due to the amount of grubs we had before we started their service. After one year the tunnels are gone, our lawn is healthy and very nice to walk across barefoot. I had asked for them to call before they come out so I can make sure my cats are in and they do this every single time. The staff in the office are always polite and professional and explain everything very well. We are getting ready for them to spray for mosquitoes, a new service they will be offering. Reasonable prices and their service does make a difference. I would highly recommend using them.

Ive been a customer for many years, and its because Weed Man bends over backward to satisfy my needs. For example, once this year the technician who was here to fertilize asked if I had any weeds, and I told him I had a few in the back yard. He completed his work and left. The next time I went into the back yard the few weeds that had been there were gone.

If I could provide zero stars, I would. Had the most unprofessional follow up free estimate phone call in my life today from a Weed man sales rep. Lectured me on why getting competitive quotes was a waste of time and how hed told me they werent the cheapest but their products were the best. Even if this is indeed true, I STILL wouldnt do business with them based on how I was spoken to. Unreal. Company should be ashamed to employ folks like that.

Had the worst possible experience with weed man. I set it up to have them do our lawn and advised them that our lawn was very badly weeded and needed serious attention. Weedman came to do our first fertilization on april 6th and did not come back to spray for weeds until june 2nd missing the month of may when all the weeds grow like crazy. To make matters worse the fertilization they did made the weeds grow even worse. Our lawn could not possibly have looked any worse. Dandilions had already came and went before they came to spray plus every other weed u can think of. I dont have words to say how bad these guys let me down. They of course took no responsibility for it and blamed it on the rain. Weed control was crucial for us because we are selling our home next summer and wanted lawn to look good but its worse than ever and i know it wont be fixed by next summer the way it looks now. Thanks for absolutely nothing weed man.

We are new to Weed Man and, as far as the yard goes, so far, so good. The repeated sales calls for additional services are handled by the positively most aggressive and rude telephone employee I have ever encountered. If you decline or question anything, he is horrifically rude and demanding. Hope the service on the lawn itself will continue next year and I am going to request that they never call me again - insulted and talked down to twice is enough for me!

They come to my door when I am not home and talk the sitter into giving them my number and pressure me over the phone numerous times until I cave and have them apply fertilizer once and now they call me a few times a year to pressure me more after I have repeatedly asked to put me on a do not call list. I am in sales and hate places that are that pushy.. even after I said I was in the middle of making dinner the guy just kept overcoming my objections to keep me on the phone. Hopefully they get the hint this time when this is read. Big thumbs down to this Weed Man!

I have used this company for the last two years and find them to be worthwhile, responsive people to deal with. They do what they say and the results are quite visible. I live in the woods and my lawn has lots of weed and fertilizer issues. Weed Man understands those needs and has made a demonstrable difference in the appearance of my property. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. PS - Their customer service response via telephone is always friendly and accommodating.

Weed Man has been servicing my lawn for the past 3 years - including weekly mowing, and periodic fertilization, weed & insect control. As of YE 2016, Weed Man Kalamazoo did not support online payments. It would be a very convenient and contemporary service for them to offer in my opinion. Weekly Mowing Service - Im rarely home when the lawn is mowed, but it looks very good each week. It is striped nicely, trimmed, and clippings are blown from the lawn and sidewalk/driveway. The only recurring issue I see is that the tires of the zero turn mower tear up my grass when the tire is pivoting in-between turns. This ends up leaving multiple bald-spots on my lawn. Not sure if slowing down during the turn would assist or not? Prices per mowing have been increasing year over year, as well. Overall meeting expectations with some minor areas for improvement. Periodic Fertilization, Weed & Insect Control - My lawn definitely looks healthier, greener, and has less weeds. Each year the weeds are less and less. If any problem spots are seen in between applications Weed Man is very prompt in coming out and spot treating. I am very pleased with this service.

Pitch black out and a man is pounding on my door in the dark. No business from me. A suggestion might be to do that door to door stuff while it is still light.
