I've been a customer for five years. The service I receive is always professional and reliable. I think it is good value for the cost. I look forward to doing business together next year, this is the best lawn service around. You can tell they really pay attention to detail the new hires are trained very well.

Have been a customer for ten years. This company has recently gone down hill. On the last application, the guy who was new, to be honest, absolutely butchered my lawn with weed killer. He sprayed it everywhere. As a result, what was once a beautiful pristine green lawn, has dead spots all over. I called and left a vm on a Saturday, then followed up the following Monday, all the guy told me was, he got my vm and that they know what happened. No one that day followed up.

They never completed my last two services or got a bill. Made my user look worse then when it started and now 8 months later are trying to collect money for services they did not. When they did come they were there for two seconds and did nada. Even my neighbor said they went in your back yard pretending to do something texting on there phone. Plus they charge way to much.

They do not have a clue about lawn care. Chad, employee, called me a b***h when he was servicing the lawn. My lawn looked awful when they were servicing it. Grubs and all. Right Fernando! Stay away from them if you are looking for a lawn provider. Go to BBB see his response when I filed a complaint against them. Liar, liar, liar right Fernando??!!

We have been using the service for over 10 years, we have been very happy with the service techs and the pricing. My lawn is almost 2 acres and it always looks great. One thing I have noticed through the years is the same techs keep coming back year after year. This speaks volumes about their business and how they conduct themselves.

This business is absolutley the worst business I haveEver dealt with. Rick the owner is terrible business person and treats his customers like they don't matter. We were scheduled today for a service today of a business property . We signed a contract in January. He text me at 6:30 this morning to say they would not be doing it and were not going to service our property. What a chicken to not even call himself. I wouldn't do business with him again if it were free!

Highly do not recommend this company. Outrageous pricing for poor results. Poor business practices charging for services that they were never approved to provide. Neighbors had issues with canceling services after they’ve called. Rick the owner was very insulting almost harassing my wife for canceling services. Acting as if his business was the only company that knows what there doing. If you want lies, and support this clown and be charged high rates for no results they are it!

Unprofessional! Horrible horrible service. Stay away from these people. They are known to make mistakes, and also know not to own up to them or try to make them right. A friend of mine is distraught over the way she was treated once she pointed out a major mistake was made on her lawn. While she spoke to the representative, they attacked her personally (ad hominem) and treated her as though she was less intelligent. Will never work through these guys and I hope you never do either. There are plenty of other great lawn services that will at least own up to their mistakes, let alone get the job done right the first time. Shame on you, Pure Green!
