We hired ProTurf to landscape our pool and couldn't be happier! Dave Timmer and his team offer a wealth of knowledge and experience that we couldn't find elsewhere. ProTurf was reliable, efficient and took pride in their work and it shows. We would recommend ProTurf to anyone without reservation and look forward to using them for any of our landscaping needs in the future.

Well where should I start? I had my yard hydroseeded by proturf on April 18th. We, my family and I, picked up hundreds of rocks their rake did not, it was 1 pass and done no overlapping. After hydroseeding was conplete, we had 2 days of close to freezing temps within the first 2 weeks with alot of rain, many many days of rain . No problem, "weather" no fault of anyone. 1st mistake, DO NOT Pay the 2nd half until you're satisfied! I paid immediately after hydroseeding was completed. Dave sent his guys out to do "touch up". Some grass grew from the 1st touch up. They came over with what looked like left overs from another job. Asked Dave a month later there are still bald spots where his guys sprayed. He sent them out a second time. Some grass grew. Still the bald spots were still there. The soil is hard. Sent Dave more pictures of the bald spots. His guys came in the beginning of June. All three times the guy who drove the truck never walked into my back yard, just sprayed from the back corner of my house. Many bald spots in the back yard that the spray could not reach unless he pulled the hose back there. Their solution to keep spraying on top of hard soil did not work. My kids will have to complete the job that 2 grown men could not. I've been very patient and understanding. Growing grass needs time to germinate and dig in. Not looking for conflict, just want a job to be completed properly. One of the photos you can see they sprayed the right corner and left the rest, unsprayed. How? Pure laziness. All my neighbors here are unsatisfied with their work. My boys will fix their garbage work. Another thing I noticed is that the seed they use does not grow at all, a lot of weeds as well.

My experience with ProTurf is only positive. The company is very professional and Dave, the owner, is relatable and communicative. Their landscaping is creative and top notch. I personally recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Dave Timmer, owner of Pro Turf, and his team were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had to have our retaining wall rebuilt and Dave stepped up to the challenge. No small feat. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dave was punctual, organized, and respectful of our property. He is an extremely hard worker. He was pleasant and always answered any questions or concerns we had. Dave is incredibly trustworthy. I have no reservations recommending him for any landscape project.

Dave and his crew came in and took over a landscaping project abandoned by a pool builder. Excellent work and pricing, and the work was done in the timeframe quoted. Couldn’t be happier with their service. We plan to use ProTurf for all landscaping needs in the future.

We have been with ProTurf for at least 10 years now and highly recommend them to anyone I know for all of their landscaping needs, lawn care, snow plowing, and other services. Dave and his team are the best! They are honest, extremely hard-working, and always do an outstanding job. They also have top notch customer service. I’ve always been very happy with them and stopped shopping around a long time ago.

I recently needed the prep work for my new yard barn. Pro Turf responded to my request for and estimate and were prompt, courteous and professional in all of the work they did. I really appreciated being able to work with them and the end result was perfect. I will call them again for any future work! Now I just wait for another company to deliver my shed.

I moved into a house that had some type of sprinkler system but the previous owners said they hadn't used it and knew nothing about it. I spoke with Jesse on the phone and he was able to promptly arrange to come and inspect it with his technician. I was tickled they could get to me within a couple days of my call. Upon inspection it appears the entire yard was already set up when I believed it was only partial. However, after 10 years the electric on 2 zones was not firing. They were able to set up a diagnosis appointment within two days, provided a reasonable estimate and were able to get back to me to do the repairs in a little over a week. I think I had very fortunate timing. They were able to replace the entire electric for the system, install a new control box, replace a few sprinkler head, fully adjust they system and have me up and running for about 1/3 the cost of a new system. I couldn't be happier. They communicated very well, showed up when they said they would, and were not back logged weeks. Jesse did a great job of following up on everything he said he would. Jeff, the technician, was a real pleasure to work with. He was thorough, polite, and seemed very experienced & knowledgable. I think the repairs might have taken slightly longer than they anticipated, but they stuck to their estimate which was very refreshing. I am hoping to work with their landscape department, though right now they are backed up a bit. This is completely understandable in peak season, especially with the labor shortages businesses are experiencing.
