It is wonderful to know longer have mow, blow, and go crew come over and make noise, pollute, and blow debris all over the place. Another benefit is, no irrigation . There are a lot of synthetic turf companies in the area to choose from. Alix was our contact/salesperson, she was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing samples and opinions for our dog run area, easy to contact and very responsive with all my questions. JP was their Forman for the crew that came to our house and explained everything, was super nice and very professional! Our project turned out beautiful, and more importantly our dogs love it!!! We just had our backyard turf done by Coastal Synthetic Turf. The yard looks spectacular. The crew was there for 6 days. Every day they arrived promptly and worked non-stop. - even in the rain They kept us apprised of any issues and were consummate professionals. We had an issue with a roll of turf being from a different lot number and therefore there was a possibility that the colors would not be exact. The company had the already laid turf removed and replaced with the correct lot number. I highly recommend them to anyone considering using artificial turf.

After months of back and forth on square footage,scope,and numerous price changes to the benefit of Turf kingdom (whom our pool company referred us to), I grew very frustrated and decided to bid out the job finding Coastal Synthetic Turf via google in which I submitted my contact information on their site and received a call from Tom next day. Tom and his team were out the following day after his call to take a look at the project that posed a bit of a challenge as a result of difference in elevation.He provided guidance and options on how his team intended to overcome the elevation challenges during install and furnished a quote same day. His attention to detail along with a no bait and switch approach is what really sold me on not needing to receive any other quote as even during the discovery he noticed that there was a mole problem in the area I was looking to install turf and adjusted his build of materials to use recycled concrete to deter the mole after installation.The end result was a gorgeous install of artificial turf! I cant stop looking at the backyard! The Coastal Turf install team was VERY professional,respectful, and courteous. They cleaned up after every day and are extremely hard working. Seriously no need to look elsewhere, you are in good hands with Tom and team!

Warning! You might not want to continue reading this. Proceed at your own risk. My wife and I did not think we were going to go artificial turf route after our pool was done. Until we met Alex. Alex has been patient and has walked us through the process from the first time we met her on a Saturday to the last square foot that was laid. The result is absolutely gorgeous, maintenance and care free lawn that looks like a real sod. No mowing, no pesticide expenses and no bugs. We have zero regrets investing (if one can truly invest into turf) into turf and now recommend this company to anyone who asks. Again, you have been warned :)

From our first inquiry (seriously, artificial turf!!?!???!) to the final product, we have been overwhelmed by Coastal Synthetic Turf. We have been struggling with our backyard garden for 8 yrs. The details are boring but our mini dachshund certainly is not to blame for ever deteriorating conditions, despite two sod changes ..this was a situation that was not going to improve. We were actually quite ready to go with another turf business, but meeting with Tom Bartolec, from Coastal Synthetic Turf kind of put us in a tail spin. Best decision ever! Tom was great to deal with. He was one of three quotes I got for artificial turf for my pet area and his product was the best. He always kept in communication with the project. The team completed ahead of schedule and the yard looks fabulous. The dogs love the yard!

I can t recommend these guys enough. We just put down around 2,400 square feet and we couldn t be happier with the outcome. Very professional. Staff was always friendly. Showed up on time, every day, and cleaned up the job site after each day s work. It may not seem like that would be too much to ask but I didn t have to ask once and that says a lot about the company s pride and integrity. Tom and Alix are always prompt in their communication and I trust that they re looking for a win for both parties. Coastal came in after our pool was finished to install synthetic turf. We wanted to fix our yellow grass problem especially with our gorgeous new pool. I met with a couple competitors to get quotes to remove existing pavers, trees and install the turf. Tom was the best at explaining the overall process and had a good rate for the quality of work they did. He also got us scheduled for install a lot earlier than I was expecting. His guys not only did a great job but were super helpful! They noticed the sod that the landscapers put in was starting to dry up and even offered to water it for me. They got the job done fast with no hassle and were extremely easy to work with-- I would definitely recommend them.
