I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Impact Landscaping did on my home. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. So many complaints regarding this company. Took them nine weeks to stand up our front tree that was leaning from the hurricane. We have been requesting a new back palm since July and apparently it won’t be replaced until second quarter next year… Our grass is always dead, they never pick weeds unless you put in a request, even though we pay for that with our HOA. The lawnmower has crushed our gutters and chipped our back spraycrete countless times. They close out tickets before work is even completed.
Absolutely abhorrent and poor excuse for a “landscaping” company. We’ve had a tree get blown over 6 months ago and can’t even get an online ticket to stand the tree back up, meanwhile they can attend to the community center palm trees that are 4x the size of ours. All they do is mow(while breaking your gutters) and any covered panels, and use blowers. Our new home community there’s a multitude of issues consisting of not maintaining irrigation so yards are dying out, no weeds being pulled, dead trees and shrubs not being removed. I’d rather do the landscaping myself instead of including Impact in our HOA fees.
Reckless driving is unacceptable, especially when operating a company vehicle. This morning, Truck 260 was observed on the 710, weaving between vehicles and exceeding the posted speed limit by approximately 30 mph. It’s concerning to see such behavior from someone driving a clearly marked vehicle. Why represent your organization in this way?
Although I like the landscaping around my house and in the Cresswind Palm Beach Community, however, I do have issues with IMPACT Landscaping. First, a landscaper on a large lawnmower came into the back gate, and shredded shrubs, and some were even mowed down completely, along the pool deck. It took 6 months before they were replaced. Now those shrubs are dead. I also have 4 shrubs on the other side of my pool that have not grown and are now dying. A gate to my backyard was torn off the hinge by the landscaper on a mower (and now, after complaining to the HOA about 9 months ago they cut my grass with a weedwhacker). "John" showed up after my French bulldog got out (before I realized the gate was torn off the hinge) and was missing for over 4 hours! John said he'd be back on Friday or Monday (2 to 5 days later) to fix the gate. Three weeks later, he showed up with another person. I asked him when the gate would be fixed. He said "sometime next week." It has been 3 months now and the gate still has not been repaired or replaced. John refused to accept that the guy on the lawn mower hit the gate and caused it to come off the hinge. No one except the landscapers, and pool guy (with a small cart) use that gate. Also, landscapers come to cut the grass, however the guy who blows the pool deck deliberately (while I watch him) blow the mulch DIRECTLY INTO THE POOL! I usually just go out and skim the pool, but now there is just too much garbage that immediately falls to the bottom. These issues, in my opinion, are just completely unacceptable for any landscaping company. John, of IMPACT Landscaping, lacks interpersonal and communication skills, as well as personal integrity and honesty. He DOES NOT represent IMPACT Landscaping as a professional and certainly is not an ambassador of the Company. If I owned this company, I'd terminate him immediately. Other homeowners seem to have the same issues and agree that John is NOT GOOD for IMPACT. Also, landscapers need to know that it's unacceptable to deliberately blow debris into a pool. I'm surprised I even need to say anything. I'm showing photos of my pool today immediately after watching the guy blow the debris in my pool. I'll add the dead and dying shrubs in a day or so. If IMPACT does not address the issues, I'll certainly be looking for another landscaper in the future. If IMPACT responds favorably to my requests, I will GLADLY rewrite my review with updated photos. That would make me and IMPACT happy. I'm trusting you do the right thing since our HOA has no influence with John.
Carollyne did a fantastic job landscaping our courtyard after pool construction. Impact created my backyard paradise I had envisioned. I’m extremely satisfied with the end result.
Lucus is the best! I wanted a new 'palm tree island' installed in a side yeard, and some viburnum added in the back. Within one business day of contacting Impact, we had a time scheduled for him to come out. He had some great ideas, we got HOA approval and yesterday they were completed. Lorenzo and his team worked to make sure we had the palm trees oriented exactly as we wanted, and left the place looking like the trees had always been there. The cost of the project was incredibly reasonable. Can't speak highly enough of Impact, Lucus, Lorenzo, nor his team. Well done to all
Impact does the landscaping in my community, so I assumed they would be a good company to use for additional landscaping. I was wrong. Out of the 10 plants they planted along the lake side of my patio, 3 are completely dead and 2 are at deaths door. What’s more disappointing is the lousy customer service. I was told by Tarren (sales guy) they would warrant the plants for 3 months if anything were to happen. I started calling at month 2 when I noticed these plants weren’t doing well and all I’ve gotten is the run around. They assure you that someone will call back, but they never do. Stay away from these guys. They obviously don’t stand behind their work or care about their customers. Another landscaper told me the plants likely died because they plant on top of clay instead of using an adequate amount of soil.
I could not be more frustrated with this company. I have had an issue with them installing dead and damaged trees (one in the middle of my property line no less) and failing to follow up with me since August 26. It has now been a full month and they refuse to do anything but tell me I will get a follow up to you with an update. Well its been another two weeks since that broken promise and after 6 emails, three phone calls, contacting them online twice, and even aproaching workers in my community as they get paid on new construction, there is NO follow up. No update. No progress. Nothing. They do not care about you. They do not stand behind theor products. There is no customer service. THese guys are a complete rp-off! If you want acceptble good work, products that will survive, or even an attempt at customer service, avoid this company. They will only let you down.
Only company I ve ever seen to consistently have multiple trucks holding up traffic on highways driving extremely slow every single day.
They re incapable of cutting grass.. they have no idea what they are doing or knows what a root is!! Lol no wonder the owner is in sweatpants!

Unfortunately, Impact does the landscaping in Del Webb at Tradition. They use roundup like water. I requested a no use roundup in my garden plus law signs, but they do not care. I called the company directly, but they do not care.
I don t appreciate them blocking my driveway, and mailbox and parking on my grass when servicing a neighbor. Plus walking around on my property. If they get injured, it s my home owners insurance that s paying for it.
Impact does lawn and maintenance in my community how they are still employed here i dont know but it will soon come to an end I hope. They never show when they are supposed and when they do they skip mowing multiple areas they are supposed to mow weekly and when they do mow they cut so short they might as well rip it up because they fry it. They also do not maintain the grounds at all ..Horrible company would not ever recommend
I ve had three sets of lights cut by these p. When I submitted a work order they my association someone came to my home to discuss the issue. He instantly became defensive when I simply suggested that they be more careful around my property. He then said that they re a commercial landscaper and not private so they need to work quickly. Since when is commercial an excuse to be sloppy!? For prospective clients, I suggested you look elsewhere!
Communities beware!! There isnt one thing that they wont damage if they do any form of landscaping near or on your property. They will damage your house, your fence, destroy the beauty of your trees and all plant life around or on your property or that of your community
I designed my back yard and asked Impact for a quote. Lucus came out , looked at my design, tweeked it for a bit more professional look, and gave me a great quote within days with all the info I needed to submit to my HOA. I had to wait for an approval which was no problem for Imact. Lorenzo and his team came out today, and in one day, did a phenomenal job. It looks even better than I imagined it would. I would recommend Impact Landscaping to anyone who wants a professional job done right.

In my experience, it seems impossible for a landscape company to please everyone in a community. That said, Impact has some great people who oversee the day to day operations. Specifically, John and Greg are incredibly responsive so that when a problem does arise, it is taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. That type of customer service cannot be replaced.
Lucus and his crew are exceptional! He designed a great backyard for us and his crew was fast and efficient!!
The work product itself was fine but beware when they tell you their labor cost per hour. I was tricked into believing it was a per hour cost and not an hourly cost per person that they send. They sent out 5 people for a project that could ve been done by 1-2 people (total project took about 25 minutes and not all 5 people were working that time) they can put more people on their truck to not work and then charge you more so be aware when hiring them
Multiple times they ve been contacted about the same issue and told me it was impossible for my neighbors sprinklers to be going off when nobody else s sprinklers are going off. Showed them video proof and they said oh that s weird and offered me no solution. Multiple times I told them if they didn t find a solution my tree will die and then this is going to be a more expensive fix. Surprise , my tree died and guess who s going to pay for it ? Also notable mention they put a tree in the wrong spot when we moved in , they complained to the HOA that the tree was in the easement and I had two days to move it and then when they found out they snitched on themselves they took weeks to move it and showed up at 7 am on my birthday and woke my entire household up. Also everything they originally installed either died or never looked good. Beware.
So I cant state anything on the service. But the driving, I was almost ran off the road from one of the drivers ..I spoke with a representative and addressed the situation. Hopefully it got handled
Just an absolute nightmare of a company. At Veranda Gardens we use them and they are simply the most messy group of landscapers ever. Today I am adding pics from their most recent job of putting out mulch. These guys will leave your gates open, let your dogs out, run over your sprinklers, blow everything onto your vehicle and or into your front door and leave it. Just complete mismanagement. The entire neighborhood is seriously exhausted complaining to the HOA lady. We are going to replace them eventually. Attached are pics from a neighbor who just posted them.

Way overpriced for their service, and they want to nickel and dime you for everything they service on top of their fee. Unfortunately my HOA picked them. Would not recommend them.
They will not contact you for an estimate. I live in an HOA community that uses Impact. I have tried for 2 full weeks - several emails and several calls - to get them to give me an estimate on major landscaping changes to our yard. Nobody has ever contacted me. I guess all the employees are rich, because they dont need my thousands of dollars in business (or the business of neighbors I plan to talk to).
Impact Landscaping is a joke! After submitting 3 requests through our HOA, 4 phone calls for follow up we were finally able to schedule an appointment. We had to cancel the appointment due to a family illness. It s been 2 weeks and we are still waiting to hear from Lucas. This company has the worst customer service we have ever encountered! We are hoping Sonoma Isles secures another landscaping service!
Its just landscaping - not rocket science . . . But WOW - they are horrible. I have had to spend $2,000 to undo what Impact Landscaping did when I purchased my new residence. Why in the world anyone would plant any type of oak tree within close proximity of a house is beyond me. Moreover, why would they put it within 6 of a pool??? Needless to say, I was able to remove one of the trees by myself. However, I realized that when the tree was planted the landscaper merely dropped it in the hole and did not remove the cage holding the root ball. So, my new landscaper charged me extra because of the amount of work it takes to get this job undone - and done right. Thanks for nothing and I hope we get a new company servicing our community.
This company provides service to our homes and community at DelWebb Tradition. Their lack of knowledge and quality of their product and service is horrible. We have many dead or dying trees and vegetation that are just not addressed by this company. Bad choice by the builder on this service provider and extremely poor product from the provider themselves. I do not recommend them at all. I am surprised they remain in business.
Terrible landscaping. My HOA has them in Catalina Lakes and they just hack away at everything to seem busy... trimming around my house theyve left empty patches in the bushes just over trimming! Also, they installed a hibiscus plant that fell down kn between our townhouses and they havent done anything to rectify it.. its just half fallen. They keep acting like theyre working, just trimming and blowing stuff in he same spot without doing any work!

They are in my neighborhood almost every day, of course any tiny little mishap people jump on here to complain. I think they do a great job and I m so happy to see so many women doing a job that use to only be men!!! I appreciate a company taking steps like that and giving everyone an opportunity!

Absolutely horrible in Windsor Park, Abacoa. They regularly destroy my landscaping, even things they aren t supposed to touch. Uninformed workers given tools and no guidance, had foxtail palms and adonidia palms, both self cleaning, hacked. Don t blame workers, no supervision. They also oversee irrigation, it s been out for months on several occasions, never even let us know to self water, they don t know because they don t monitor. Have lost many, many new plantings because irrigation was down and Impact wasn t aware to fix. Absolutely worst service I ve ever had, HOA is just as bad. No surprise they haven t even attempted to respond to even one review...they don t care and are just fat and happy with large HOA contracts. This company is horrible
I understand the workers trying to wrap up their work day but you dont cut in line at the gas station in Jupiter Sunoco so you can fill up all your equipment beforenothers waiting in line.

It is a very big company
This company is so shady!!! They did work for me because my Hoa required it be done by them. I never got an estimate, not a notice they were going to do the work but then received an unitimzed invoice for $1000. When we called to resolve the matter they said actually we should have charged you $1200 because we never invoices you for anything before. Even the Hoa said not to pay them until they spoke to them and now they are trying to charge us interest and file a claim against us for not paying. It hasn t even been 30 days!
This is what your company left behind after working on a project across the street from my home today. This after I called to complain a few weeks ago about Impact using my lawn as a storage/work area. Thats right took tree out from across the street and the even after speaking to job sight worker and calling the office they proceed to cut and chip it up on my property. Yesterday had to tell the Loader operator to get off my lawn , Just backed right up on it to unload sod instead of taking it off the other side, no common sense. Now today I find to big ruts in my lawn from pallets forks, Maybe the guy was getting back at me for yesterday. I even lent my weed wacker to the young man yesterday who asked to borrow it to cut down the tall grass so they could plant. I have to tell you Im in the contracting business and if I operated the way this company does Id be out of business.
WARNING!!! Absolutely do not use this company!!! I had been forced by our HOA to use this company after they changed service providers and this company has been destroying our landscaping in not only my yard but our entire community for 5 years. They have broken pots in my walkways, killed rare and expensive plants with their trimmers, chipped the paint on my car by blowing rocks and dirt onto it, and they refuse to cover the costs of the damages, and also fail to show up to service the lawn, and that is just my own property. They have completely killed a lot of our grass in the community and told us that grass has a 5 year lifespan and needs to be completely replaced after 5 years I the tune of $350,000. They have poisoned neighborhood dogs including my own, and 3 of my neighbors on countless occasions. They have destroyed the hedges in the community and have removed countless beautiful and healthy plants because they did not want to maintain them on the amount the HOA pays them, but this was initially part of the deal. My final comment to you out there looking to hire their services...they are crooked, dishonest, and bad at what they do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRIVATE RESIDENCE OR YOUR COMMUNITY!!!
