Poor service and overpriced

The people at Glenn are great to work with. They come quickly in an emergency like when the water is spurting out a broken line, the weekly yard service makes things spiffy and includes hedges, shrubs and special requests, and they always are up for a new project, big or small. I love it because my brothers names are Ken and Jay. This Ken leads the pack and Jay must be the jack of all trades especially with irrigation. And, Tom comes each week to tend and care for things.

Glenn Landscaping redid our backyard. It turned out amazing, I knew it was going to be a big improvement over what we had, but I was stunned that it turned out to be so beautiful. Ken worked with us on the design. He listened to our ideas and gave us feedback and other possibilities that we had not even thought about. Our patio was a patchwork of pavers and two different colors of cement. Glenn landscaping moved our fence, extended our patio, covered the complete patio with pavers now it looks uniform and attractive. They built us a fountain, a low wall with a sitting area, extended our bamboo, built us a flowerbed, and put in new bedding plants. They even put lights so in the evening our wall, bamboo, fountain are lit up which makes our backyard come to life after dark. His team, Jay and Marvin, worked daily on our project. We had a situation where the hardstone we picked for our low wall, was not what we expected it would look like. They had no problem returning it and building us a wall that is totally fabulous. Several times, Jay would confirm that what they were doing was what we wanted, like the angle of the wall or the shape of the planter, he always made sure he got our input. It was so nice to work with a team and a company that wanted us to be happy with our backyard and were able to offer ideas from their vast experience at doing this type of work. They are honest, easy to work with and if you choose to use them you will not be disappointed. We are so pleased with the job that Ken Glenn and his team did on our backyard that we have hired them to do our weekly yard maintenance and to redo our front yard next year. We can t wait, we know it s going to be beautiful.

On time, under budget, and told me exactly what needed to be done. Excellent service at a very fair and affordable price. Arrived on time and came in under budget. Very honest company. We hired Glenn Landscaping to do a complete remodel of our yard this summer and couldnt be more thrilled with the final result. Our large property was minimally landscaped with a large water drainage issue and poor grass. Not only did the owner design our new yard, but worked countless hours on the property himself to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. I was continuously impressed with the entire crew. They were knowledgeable, worked nearly non-stop (barely stopping to eat), worked efficiently, and had great attitudes. They took the time to answer our questions and were always willing to make adjustments to our plan as the project progressed. When we went over the proposed budget, the owner went out of his way to minimize the financial effect. Now that it has been a few months since the conclusion of the project and the rains are starting, I can now see that the drainage issue we had been struggling with has been completely fixed and the plantings the owner designed are still blooming and beautiful. His crew comes weekly to maintain our new landscaping and are still taking care of us, making sure we remained pleased with their work. I couldnt recommend Glenn Landscaping more highly.
