The technician was friendly and patient with my questions and explained what he applied and why. He was careful with trees and landscaping.
Brock notified me that he was on his way to provide lawn service. He arrived timely and greeted me by name. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and proficient with his work. When he completed his work, he thanked me for using TruGreen and slasked me if I had questions. He informed me it would be best to wait 2 days before mowing and to be sure to water my lawn 2 or 3 times per week during the hot weather that is forcast. He asked if there were any other concerns that I may have had. I was extremely satisfied with his service and his personal warmth and exceptionnel work.

Service is great but stupid timing. Crew was here to do my bushes and two of my neighbors next door got their lawn service. Now waste of time and money, crew had to come back today and fertilize my yard when they could have down it yesterday! Some stupid management and dispatching with your service. I would work to get that simple mistake corrected!!!
Michael came up to our front door this morning, greeted me with smile and a hand shake. Explained what he will be doing. Michael was very friendly and professional. I am glad Derek wasn't here, he didn't like his job and not friendly at all.
Service tech was on time and very friendly. Had good communication about the service that was going to be preformed on our yard. Also he gave us his card and ask us to contact him if we had any problems.

Mosquito control treatment service has been wonderful. Started last season and just had first treatment for 2023. John Smiles is always quick to respond if there are issues and the guaranteed service has been very prompt and delivered with a professional attitude by the personnel. Angelina was polite and hard working under hot humid conditions today. We are sure glad we were told this treatment was available and we’re able to enjoy our outdoor space so much more!

TruGreen has resurrected a once beautiful lawn and brought it back to its full potential. Weve only used the service for three months but have seen a major improvement. They also are providing full pest treatment and tree/shrub fertilization for nominal prices. Were extremely pleased with everything theyve done.

We bought this house a year ago and thought the yard was hopeless. The previous owner did nothing to care for it. It was covered with weeds and clovers. We thought we were going to have to till it up and start over with new grass. Anyway, we decided to try TruGreen this spring. After a couple months, it s looking like a nice yard with grass. Still have a long ways to go, but by next year it should be looking like a golf course. Very pleased. M. Smith

Terrible company. One employee found my daughters iPod outside her grandfathers house and stole it. No one will contact me back about it. It has been 2 weeks and now everyone keeps changing their stories. They are claiming they put it back on the porch but it was never seen and now they re changing their story of who s porch it was put on. Terrible business for Joplin, MO.
Our lawn and yard look awesome. The difference between last winter without TruGreen and this year with almost a year of service, is amazing. All the techs are super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the different applications.

Yard doing better since I have taken over care. Manually removing weeds I didnt have before.
I purchased a year of the mosquito control. I told them I only wanted the one year. I was also told there would be unlimited visits as long has we had mosquitos. When I would call to let them know I still had mosquitos I was told I had used all my visits for the season. They did go ahead and come out one extra time. The treatments never got rid of mosquitos. Then after telling them I only wanted a year they went ahead and came out one time the next year and Im expected to pay for a service that doesnt work and that I told them I only wanted for a year to begin with. Dealing with this company is not worth the headache.
They are amazing and do what they promise!

Very nice people
Weve been with Trugreen since the spring of 2016. They did a great job fertilizing and weed care, even aerating. Really on top of their game. The regular lawn guy does a good job. I noticed when another guy came and treated for grubs, we ended up with moles. Moles love grubs. We now have weeds and brown grass. I tried 3 times to get them to come out for sprinkler work and didnt get a response at all. Too bad!

While searching for information only, a representative from Wichita called within 30 seconds of my accessing your website and attempted a hard sell. I was looking for information for the homeowner of a property not myself. i was gathering information not looking to have anyone call. Moreover this individual was using Google Earth to view the property and I consider this a violation of ones privacy. If this is the way you solicit new customers, youve now lost any opportunity for this one. Im hopeful the BBB will find this method as offensive as I do.
The lawn care specialist always does a great job on my lawn always on time completes work on schedule and makes sure gates are closed when finished. Leaves me a message on slip explaining how my lawn is doing. Great job.
The lawns appearance is good this early in the season. It is free of weeds and Trugreens specialist is always prompt and professional. I only wish that I could grass to grow in one spot of the treated area.
