Great people always taking care of our yard, always going above and beyond what I would expect. They even went out of their way to ask if they could blow all the leaves out of my garage. They’ve been taking care of our property for three years now, and every week my children watch from the windows as they wave before, during, and after the job, and my children love seeing them. Absolutely amazing group of people, with extraordinary customer service, providing an exceptional service!

Raised rates twice in two years. I wasn’t even notified of the second increase. “Mowed” the yard right after a rain, left ruts and there was no grass to cut. Double charged last year for a small section of ankle deep grass. Excuse given was had to mow twice. Asked three times over 4-5 months for some dirt and sod placed on the edge of my new patio, but they never showed up for that job. Ruined every down spout on my rain gutters with the weed eater. Said he would offer a refund for the last mow since the yard was rutted but the refund was never issued.

James and his crew are honestly the best yard maintenance service I have ever contracted with. I cannot recommend him and his company enough. When we lived in the Terra Hills of Jonesboro, they made sure our yard looked great for years before we moved. My only regret is that I couldn't bring James and his crew with us to North Carolina! NEA Lawn Pro has been servicing my yard for almost 2 years now, my yard looks great. I would give 5 stars but when you try to get in touch with them it may takes days or weeks to get a call back. They always address your needs, just not as fast as I would like sometimes. I would recommend them for all of your weed control needs.

I have a bigger yard and the builder only put sod about 15-20 ft from the back of the house and seeded the rest. The seeded area had a bit of grass but mostly crab grass, weeds, sticker plants and things I had never seen grow before. I spent the 3 summers since I built, pouring money into things from big box stores trying to get the grass to take off, but it never did. Then, I guess chemical drift from the farmland behind me... took it all out. My neighbor used NEA Lawn Pro and their yard seemed to flourish, so I called. Admittedly, my front yard WOULD look better, but I have made it my goal to get a FULL backyard and spent the water bill money on the back LOL! Every time NEA Lawn Pro comes, they kill off the weeds, fertilize, I water twice a week and each week the grass covers 1-2 more feet of bare dirt. In 1 growing season, I have almost got a FULL lawn out there. And a great lawn. The grass is so nice... I laid on the grass in the backyard this afternoon with the dog. Next year I should have a full backyard and will work on the front and backyard. With NEA Lawn Pro, the entire lawn will be amazing!
