Mow Joe Lawncare in Jonesboro

I paid $950 for landscaping for my small yard. It took Mow Joe 4 months to finish half the job. They never came back to finish the other half which they took the money for. They refused to provide an invoice. They will not answer calls or text because we asked for them to finish the job or give a partial refund. Now I have to consider if it's worth taking the owner to small claims court. Mow Joe's? More like No Joe's.

I am helping my elderly aunt with her property, I found a PAID invoice for July 2022 for almost $900 for mowing and "trimming". I have found no evidence of trimming anything and a very consistent and sloppy mow job. Please note I am the one doing all the trimming and I am present at the property on a consistent basis. I have tried several times reaching out to someone via phone number and e-mail with no response. It is hard to see someone you love being so taken advantage of, but this will be the last time. My aunt has been a loyal customer for a few years and now gets treated with complete and utter disrespect. Please anyone considering Mow Joe's Lawn Care please do yourself a favor and call the next company. It's a no for Mow Joe.

Quote wasn't bad but they just didn't do what they agreed, like trim hedges, maintain flower gardens, mow and weed eat to keep yard looking good. I paid for everything but yard looks bad

Absolutely amazing! I love having not to clean up my yard when a storm or wind come through. Love the amazing skill of landscaping. The crew is always friendly and helpful. They keep me informed on what I need to do. I signed up for the weed and feed and my yard has never looked better! ❤️ the Mow Joe Crew

Really happy that my neighbor finally had someone clean up their yard, but MowJoe didn't mind blowing the leaves and weed seed onto my lawn when they did it. It wasn't a lot, but it was enough I had to clean it up, and it was full of Dandylion heads! I pay a lot of money to have my lawn sprayed and seeded every year. I understand the city does not allow you to blow yard debris into the street, but it's not acceptable to blow it next door either. Next time, pick it up!
