I called upon Duncan Landscaping to help me prep my yard to sell my house, they did a great job and made the yard look like new.

These guys do a great job.

The office is rude. The turn over rate is ridiculous. They do a half way job on properties. Team moral is terrible. They rarely answer the phone.

I am so excited I got my landscaping redone by Duncan lawn care. they took out the old put in some new replaced my faulty watering system with a new system. I can t wait to use it. I am very excited to see this all bloom out in the next few months it s going to be very colorful.!! Rhian spent several hours with me to help me decide how to reshape my landscaping. He took time explaining how, and why certain plants might not work, and others could. Extremely outstanding customer service!! Rhian and his team worked tirelessly, taking care as they removed the old plants and the old watering system, and there was no damage to my lawn in the entire process. I am extremely pleased with Rhian and his team and I highly recommend them to anyone considering lawn service or landscaping. Give Rhian Duncan a call!

Duncans seems not to want my business. I was recommended to another company before they could even come out and look at my project. I have seen this company in my neighborhood several times in the past years. But until now never needed them. I were just surprised that they didnt care to come out to look at a job that has a serious homeowners wanted to get a project done.

I have used Duncan s for many landscaping needs and they are always professional and do an excellent job. They do a great job with my weekly maintenance as well as keeping my yard critter and weed free. Positive

I am so grateful for the Duncans Green Team! My yard was a hot arid mess with no trees for shade and a mosquito fest in the backyard. Thanks to the brilliance and amazing work of the Duncans Green Team, they changed my dreadful desert landscape into a luscious Eden Oasis. Their weed control plan really eliminated the weed garden growing in the Zoysia and enhanced the overall appearance of the yard and the mosquito control absolutely minimized the mosquito population that use to plaque our cook outs. My yard needed a miracle...and I received it! Not only do they do amazing work, but their customer service is outstanding! Everyone I have encountered has been extremely helpful, professional, and kind! Unlike other lawn care services, I have used, Duncans Green Team does not try selling you service you do not need. Very nice helpful people. However, their mosquito plan is very confusing to understand. I didnt want to be on a plan. I only wanted them to just come out & spray. They sprayed & installed a pod. I still had lots of mosquitoes. I canceled & decided to take care of it myself.

My company has used Duncans Landscaping for many years. They are always professional. If you dont understand something, they will take the time to explain. Many times they have given me great advice on plantings and proper ways to manage shrubs. Summer flowers this year looked great and were a talking point with many in the company. ***This company commits fraud by performing unauthorized services on peoples property without any written contract or agreement and then sends a bill.*** They should get ZERO stars. This company sent me a bill for a service that I never authorized nor spoke with anyone about. The person I called states that their policy is to take word of mouth authorizations and that they dont have to have signatures from the homeowner and that she does not have a written authorization to initiate any service on my property. I advised her that since she doesnt have any written contract or agreement from the homeowner and decision-maker, it is not legal to perform unauthorized services on my property and will not hold up in court. I advised that I already have a lawn service and that I never authorized any service from them. She keeps trying to tell me about a lady in the backyard authorized the service and again I advised that I am the homeowner and I never authorized any service. I also advised that she cancel any service and any bill because I will not pay for a service that I did not authorize and I am willing to take this company to court if necessary.

I have used a few big corporate Lawn Care companies for fertilization and weed control.Duncans Green Team is the best.Hands down best customer service.Hands down best service.My lawn has never looked better.I highly recommend Duncans Green Team to my family,friends,and neighbors.

Charged $85 for a 2 minute consultation. Told me it needs to be cleaned, which was extremely obvious from looking at it.

They responded very quickly. They looked at the job the very next day. They could just do weekly maintenance and within a couple months it would look much better, but they really felt that all the old growth should be completely removed and started over. I got the quote for the maintenance (once per week) quickly, about $350/month. However, they were unwilling to only come twice a month which is what I really needed. Once a week was more than I needed. It took them three weeks to finally give me the estimate for removing all the current growth, and that was the shocker. The quote was just short of $10,000. The area was about 110 feet long and probably 15 wide. I had given up on the company since I had emailed about the quote and never got a reply before I hired another company in the meantime. That company charged $950 to do the same work. It took two people about 10 hours to clear up the area. I remain baffled at $10,000. I own a 7500lb excavator in WA state and could have done that job in half the time by myself. Again, I cant imagine why the estimate was so high. 20 hours of manual labor...$9,951. Thats nearly $500 an hour! Edit: after seeing the owners response, Im still baffled. If the very few stumps that were left were to be completely removed, I could have rented an excavator for a day for less than $300. This entire job with a small excavator was a days work for one person. That would have included complete stump removal. Removing the stumps that were left would have literally taken minutes with an excavator, and yes, there was plenty of room for using one in that area.

This is a terrific company. They are very helpful with concerns or plans that you have with your yard. They work hard to get the job done right. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.
