Bennett's Landscape and Design Company in Jonesboro

Neutral 3 star review meant to be strictly informative and not negative. Bennett's does not sell to the public, so if you are an average Joe Homeowner looking to spruce up your yard, look elsewhere, they only sell to landscaping companies. I called today inquiring about a bulk product and was informed via telephone.

Ordered their "supersoil" and it was filled with pieces of glass and plastic.

I've been trying to buy their supersoil since February 15. Today is April 9 and I still have no soil. They won't call back and they aren't there when you stop by. How am I supposed to plant a garden if I can't even get my fill dirt? We got some soil from them last year and it yielded some excellent tomatoes...but apparently that's all I'm going to get from them. If they're as busy as they seem to be, then surely they can afford to hire someone to stay on site and sell their products to customers. It literally would take like ten minutes to load my trailer with the soil I need--I know--I watched them do it last year.

Provided great landscape plans, provided all of the plants and information for me to do my own landscaping. Very satisfied. Everyone was very nice and profeasional.
