I have had Naturescape for over 4 years and they always make my lawn look great, free of weeds, grubs, and other issues. I have also used their aeration and fertilization services which have been great.
I had a fantastic experience with Naturescape Lawn Care. Brianna in the office was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy and smooth. Bill, who came out to do the Aeration and Over seed service, was not only professional but also very friendly. He took the time to ensure everything was done thoroughly, and my lawn looks great as a result. I highly recommend Naturescape for their excellent customer service and quality work! Damien who came by early in other day for the Fertilization was also great. I have been a customer for many years and my service has always been stellar.
I have tried multiple lawn care companies over the years....Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care is by far the best lawn service company I have worked with. They are fantastic at taking care of my lawn but they are also fantastic at communicating with me about everything. They always give me a notice ahead of time when they are coming and are always very helpful when I have questions or need anything. I highly endorse them and if you are looking for a company for lawn service there is no better choice than Naturescape!
I've been with them for the past 5 years, and the service they provide is top notch, they always call before the end of the year to remind me it's time to renew the service and I'm glad they do since I might forget. I'm really happy my neighbor told me about them and now my lawn looks beautiful.
We have loads of crabgrass and weeds. They say they will come out and send a “specialist” out within 72 hours. I am on 5+ weeks of me constantly calling and talking to upper management and still have had no rectification. We spend a small fortune on watering with system and a lawn service on top of having it professionally landscaped. You would never know it with all the weeds in our yard. Still waiting for them to fix it almost mid August. We have had weeds all summer and paid a good amount for Naturescape services.
The guys who complete my lawn services do great work. I hardly ever have any fertilizer pellets left behind on the walkways. Also the tech Bill does an immaculate job with the new mosquito program. He uses extra care when spraying around my koi pond
ZERO stars. The girl on the phone lied about the rates. Received a bill for double what I was quoted over the phone. And they did a LOUSY job. Long strips of grass that were missed. The setting for the mower was very high, it looked like the grass wasn't even mowed. I suspect they were trying to coerce me into signing up for weekly mowing. Found a MUCH BETTER landscaper in Bronco's Landscaping. Guillermo charges almost half of what Naturescape charges and he does a great job.
I have been a customer for many years. Their service and pricing are excellent. My lawn is beautiful (thick and weed free). They also spray my lawn and flower beds to eliminate mosquitos every year with outstanding results. They are very caring and responsive. They do an exceptional job!

LOOK ELSEWHERE. Had my yard aerated and over seeded a year or two ago and my yard looked the same like nothing was done to it decided I would have them mow my yard today because that should be a simple task, but no, my toddler could mow better. Nothing was edged. There are grass clumps everywhere in my yard. It s a mess. There s grass clippings on the sidewalk and in the street. Not sure why they think that s worth $70. Called right away and lady on the phone was worthless and didn t offer any help. Give someone else your business.

Lawn looks horrible, company understaffed, long delays for treatments resulting in more weeds & violating 72 hour advertised warranty to retreat weeds.
We have had naturescape for several years now and definitely would recommend them overall! Its great to sit in my backyard and no bugs! Customer service is excellent.
They don t seem to care. They over seeded my mulch and the winterizing treatment was half applied. There was snow on the ground so I know most of the middle of my lawn didn t get any treatment.
Naturescape came and mowed my lawn and then as requested a week later when they came to mow again they said the grass was too high and they couldn t cut it. They were so unprofessional they didn t even tell me I had to call and ask why my lawn wasn t being mowed only to get that response. They don t really do great work for the price and I are completely unprofessional Update: Senior leadership communicated with me and quickly fixed their mistakes. Good front line leadership. On top of that they came and did a good job with weed control and lawn mowing.
Great staff! Very nice to deal with on phone. if weeds pop up call and they will come out in a couple days no extra charge! Thats there guarantee.
Yard is brown and we have irrigation system. Still waiting over a month later for manager to assess our yard. Our yard has never looked this terrible.

We are pretty sure Naturescape saved our lawn. We tried our best for 7 years, but each year our lawn looked worse and worse. We called Naturescape to see how much weed & feed, aeration, and mosquito control would be. Even on a tight budget, it is well worth it! Our lawn looked the best it ever has the very 1st summer using them. The office and service professionals who come out to care of the lawn are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Along with many neighbors in our subdivision, we will continue to use their services.

method of the application seems to be hit or miss. Havent seen much sign of revitalized growth response to fertilization application. There is a different man each time so far.
Fantastic service from beginning to end. Mike was very helpful. I got a status on my vehicle at the end of each day. My mechanic did an amazing job on my repairs and my Ford was finished 11 days ahead of schedule. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will definitely come back.

I have used these guys for mosquito control for 4 years now I think and it is truly the best service ever. We could not step foot outside our house in summer. With the service, we can enjoy the deck and yard again! They always are quick to reply to emails, and when a re-application is needed, they are quick to do that as well.
Great business if you want to pay a professional service to burn out your lawn & then deny it. First time a branch manager came to inspect, he claimed he walked the entire property & didnt find a single burn. Never bothered to call & ask where, just left. When he came back a second time, he said oh yes, thats a burn, but we didnt do it. Never commented on all of the clover & dandelions still in my yard after 2+ years of service. Why do they get a star at all?
