I have worked with Terry on landscaping and pond maintenance and he has done a great job on the property. He is very responsive to any issues that arise.
Called around 2 in the afternoon to see if they could mow my yard last minute not expecting them to be able to and they were out here in less than 3 hours. My yard was an out of control mess and they by far exceeded my expectations. Great hardworking crew that did a wonderful job.
Horrible service. my townhouse association hires them , and my lawn is never mowed right. they don't weed whack , they don't use the leaf blower , just never happy with their service. also, for winter, they are very lazy with plowing. if I could give them 0 stars , I would.
Disappointed, didn't follow through with request to quote on bushes that needed to be pulled out. Jody is very nice and was able to work us into the schedule quickly for a mow but that was all. The rest of our lawn care needs were never met, we were told that someone would come to give us a quote but that didn't happen.
Jody & Jose are great people! I wanted my lawn done ASAP, and they squeezed me in that afternoon. Super nice people, and my lawn looks great!! Very happy with them! Definitely will use them from now on!
This morning I went to my car to go to work. A different plow company had dumped tons of snow on my car leaving me unable to get out. Grasshopper was plowing my parking lot when they saw me trying to shovel my way out. Melanie (possibly Melody, sorry!) Came to my rescue and personally helped me shovel out of my space! She helped me out so much I had to write a review on her kindness and how happy I am with Grasshopper. Thank you!
I called yesterday to set an appointment to get a free quote. I need my English Ivy pulled from my yard. I was told someone would call me to set an appointment. I never received a call. I just called a few moments ago, apparently my job is too small for them right now. So let's just ignore potential clients because their projects are too small? No thanks, I'll find help elsewhere.
Called and explained my mower broke and I needed a quote. Arrived next day and did a great. job. Excellent. I'm confident you'll be well pleased.
Not the cheapest place... But you get what you pay for... They were awesome!
Left grass clipping all over each time. Dont seem to want to commit to blowing completely
When they were mowing the lawn they ran over something metal which shot through the window of my house and refused to pay for the damages. Claimed that some random person might have thrown it through my window. Very unprofessional

Great landscaping company, also they do an awesome snow removal service in the winter time...no job is too big.
Excellent work ethic, and I will be using this service again for all of my landscape and snowplowing needs havent been disappointed with anything Grasshopper has been there for the mega snow storms and winter weather advisorys keep up the good work and I wish everyone the best regards.

He was fine for the first month. Then, he just stopped comming. I left messages but he didnt return the calls. I started using him because my neighbor recommended him. He stopped showing up at my neighbors too.
