This company used to be great have used them for years and even had neighbors use them but the last two years prices have increased which i underatand but the services has gotten worse. Have caught the employees twice on ring camera act like they are cutting but then see them leave because grass is short called them on ut and they lied and said they weren't even in my area yet i can see them clearly from camera. They except you to still pay because their policy has changed on skipping even when there is no grass growing due to heat. i will pay the extra 2.00 to go with a new guy that is honest. old employees were better and friendly. i wouldn't recommend unless you can watch while they cut
5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ SERVICE! First, they’re affordable and reasonable on all their work. They cut my grass, weed wack and clean everything up weekly. They just did some landscaping for me and planted 3 beautiful evergreens, and did an amazing job. They follow up quickly to text messages/voicemails. They’re professional and kind. I would highly recommend Garibay’s for all your lawn & landscaping needs.

I had recently moved and was in need of a landscaper. I contacted this company and found their prices to be reasonable and they were even willing to come out that same day. Now on the second scheduled cut, it rained heavily causing them to come out two days later. When I returned home, I found my backyard to look as if the neighborhood kids had been riding four wheelers back there. Just lines and lines of mud. The grass was too wet to be cut point blank and they had the nerve to say maybe it’s your sump pump?!?!? Just unacceptable!! They like to communicate via text so I took pictures and I do plan on posting them everywhere I can because they outright refused to do anything to correct it because they “follow a schedule”. Having just moved in, I am truly embarrassed by the service of this company but they were not embarrassed to bill my card and run with my money. Next stop, reporting to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Ripoffreport.com and any other entity I can think of.
This crew has been servicing my neighbors lawn for at least a couple years now. During this last heavy rain, my grass was in need of a cut. Knowing my neighbors service day, I called and scheduled them to cut my lawn on the same day. After completion, I inspected their work. I immediately noticed that they had put a hole in my vinyl siding in the rear of my residence. I contacted the owner of the company who told me that he would come out and look at the damage and that he would rectify the situation. This has been over two weeks ago, he has not been out to inspect nor has he returned any messages left for him. Careless, I would never use these guys again
They gave me an appointment never showed never answered calls again! Very unprofessional! Left my card number with them to begin service, this company is a joke!!!! Be careful using this company!

Needed a lawn service due to husbands surgery. Found Garibay s on the internet. Have had 2 services from them and they have done a fantastic job. They are quick and very thorough. Did more than I expected with the trimming, lawn edging and cleanup of all grass clippings. I highly recommend them for all lawn maintenance. T. Englehart

Set up an appointment to have them come out and give an estimate to have my bushes trimmed and thy never showed up. Tried calling and texting and no answer or replies.
No call. No show. I contacted Garibays via email to have them come and aerate and dethatch my yard, also wanted to get a quote for regular weekly maintenance. We communicated back and forth several times to schedule a time for this, each time their response was prompt. The day prior to the service I emailed again asking about what time I should expect to see them, I wanted to make sure I was there so we could discuss weekly maintenance on my property. The response was again prompt and without delay. The day of scheduled service came and they never showed up. I was home all day from work. I emailed them in the early evening asking if they were still coming. There was never a response at that point. I assume they just arent interested in my business.

Was to have my lawn aerated and dethatched 2 weeks ago. These guys never called or showed. Hone calls and text were sent with zero response. I could not recommend them at all.

Terribly unprofessional & careless. Our neighbors used them for the first time this season to treat their lawn because it was inexpensive. We do not use chemicals to treat our yard and use caution around sites & places that do, carefully following directions to avoid turf freshly treated or direct contact. We have had employee trucks and trailers parked blocking our driveway & in too close of proximity to our children playing on numerous occasions. On the most recent visit to our neighbors residence, we witnessed them spill chemical fertilizer pellets/treatment mix on our driveway and apron (across the street from their work site!). It was left, not cleaned up, where it cannot be absorbed, where water puddles, and where over 9 neighborhood children and pets roam and play. We politely contacted the business owner right away with concerns when our 6 year old (despite being told to avoid it) came in the house with handfuls of the chemical mix in his bare hands and even more stuck to his bare feet (the same mix employees only handle with gloves for safety!). Over the phone we kindly let them know the situation, asked if it could be removed, offered our own shovel/tools (though they have them on board), and our yard hose to them to come back and remove it, the man responded with fury, denial, zero responsibility, no apology, utter rudeness, yelling loudly that he had no time and little concern. He then literally hung up on us. 2 employees did return later to blow the pellet mix into our grass and across the street, which dispersed it rather than removed it. We are grateful that there was action after our reach out, however, we are still shocked at the reaction, angry communication directed at us, and will never use or recommend this company based on our experience.
