I will give Brian 5 stars because he did his job. Dont be fooled when they say they aerated. The apparently use liquid aeration. They also spend a few minutes covering a 3/4 acre lot. Our grass has no weeds so this is good. But I dont like how they played with the word aeration then turn around and say they did it in the spring.

Scam...I only received treatment to my lawn once. Despite them continuing to take money out of account twice, and havent received any additional service. Since June 11. Complained to the. Company and sent an email. All they can say youre being scheduled. Lies. Never again. I dont recommend this scam of a company to anyone. Hire them at your own risk. I recently hired Dr. Green for my lawn care needs, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My lawn has significantly deteriorated, with rampant weeds and patchy, yellow grass. Despite Myrandas initial assurance of a full refund, Dr. Green has since reneged on this promise. I would not recommend Dr. Green to anyone seeking reliable and effective lawn care.

They have been quick to respond whenever I have a concern. I was being eaten up by various bugs when I went outside. My last concern was the mosquito fog. After they sprayed today I moved a plant and noticed several white flies all over my plants by my deck. I called and they will be back out next week. Just wish everything would be taken care on the first visit.

Decided over a year ago to hand over our lawn service to our lawn maintenance/mowing company and our lawn hasn t ever looked this bad in the 20 years we have been in our home. 2 seasons ago, out grass was in a pretty bad shape and nearing full replacement. In less than 24 months, we are one of the good looking in the community. Literally to no weeds, thicker grass, and less patchy spots. Thanks Dr Greens. Your communication and detailed summary of the treatment is nice.

Be warned. This is subscription-based agreement and they will continue to bill you year after year no matter what, so I was told by their Accounts Receivable person. I called in and told them they were too expensive and would call back if I wanted service. I never called back, they claimed they provided service anyway and billed me for it. When I asked to discuss, the accounts receivable manager was more interested in arguing that resolving the issue. When I asked if they could charge me any price they wanted, even $10,000.00 because it is assumed service (they dont tell you that), she responded yes. Total scam. I called to speak with the owner just now and was told he does not speak with customers. Sheesh. Going to court, I guess.

The service is very good, we have had them for a number of years. I would recommend that they offer 4applications as well as 6 to their customers.

Best Year for controlling weeds, crab grass, this is year 2 with DR green

We moved into our house in 2021 and the previous owners must have done nothing and our yard was horrible. After a few years with doctor green our lawn is nice and full and soft and perfect for our preschooler. Outside of cutting the grass we have done nothing other than the treatments by Dr Green so the results are all from their service

Dr. Green has made a huge difference in the quality of our lawn. Since they started their treatments, our lawn has become repaired and healthy. Doctor Green has consistently communicated with us as it concerns upcoming visits, visit summaries and subsequent billing details. They also begin communicating well before the following treatment season begins. I have subscribed to the Dr Green Services for past three years. Dr Green customer service is very good at communicating about service schedules. Notifies me about upcoming service schedule via email, text message and phone call. Same process in event the service is rescheduled. Even service technician notifies when he is on his way to the service location. Outstanding service I would say.

I would not recommend! They called me last year asking to sign up in which I did and I paid in full. I never was told it was an annually contract. This year they did service at my house without me knowing so I canceled (I m fine with paying the one time service in which they came). and still got charged for 2 months of service instead of one. When I told them the never responded. I had to wait a week and email them again to correct it, in which they did but with an interest charge on it. I would get recommend a different company other than this!

Buyer beware, shady business practices and the worst customer service! We used Dr. Green last year (not impressed w/ the results) and even though I paid my bill in full for the year, I found out this year I was auto-renewed this year. The reason we did not renew is the actual results were subpar. Earlier this year, they came out without my permission and applied an application. I started getting a bill for the service. I attempted to call and cancel multiple times, but each time their customer service said there was no phone record of the request. Each month I called again and received the same comment of no phone record of cancellation. Customer Service was the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Rude, not friendly and offered no help except for me telling them there was no record of the phone calls that I continued to make.

The services were okay, the office on the other hand is a different story. I cancelled my services the previous year (you have to call, no emails or any traceable conversations). This year, I received 3 services from them without my approval. I ended up paying for those because they did not cancel my services. I complained and cancelled again after paying for their mistake (on phone, no receipt about the cancellation). Two months later, im getting an email about services that going to be provided for my address again..they say they have no notes about my cancellation, guess who writes the notes (yes, they do)..no email confirmation..this time i told them to email me a confirmation..Shana, please reply to this review and I will post all of our emails.

The one issues I had was the last year I requested the overseeding and up to today the big patch is still there with out a single piece of grass.

After using lawn services in the past, I had decided to do things myself this year. Until I got an ad from Dr. Green and realized their prices were comparable to me getting the chemicals and doing the work myself. So I hired them and they have been great. Despite the difficult weatcher, my yard looks good at the end of the season. And their customer service has also been top notch, at a time when you can rarely say that about anyone you do business with.

I used Doctor green for 2 years and last year they came out to do weed control service 3 times in 1 day so my grass was burned and damaged so I called to complain and they just said they had new employees and for some reason I was scheduled like that so I told them I would not use them for the following year. Then the beginning of 2023 they came out to service my property and I didnt understand why so I made a call to let them know they said a manager would call me back but never did. So they came out again so I called again and now the manager was on vacation so they came out a third time and I already had another company that started at the beginning of the year so I finally got a hold of a manager and they had a bill for me for 350$ and they said I never canceled I explained the situation but they didnt care they said when I first signed in 2021 the contract said it would out renew so at the end of the day if signed then thats what it is but every year I had to pay before they came out and this year I never paid but they still came out and I had to pay them if not they threatened to take me to collections

The service is performed in a very professional way. You are informed when the visit will be and get detailed information about what is being done. All of that would be meaning-less if the lawn didnt look good. But the grass is thick, lush, and healthy. Highly recommend Doctor Green!

Not overly impressed. Told about visits but not what is being done. Technician has never let us know he was here and never approached us to see if we had questions or issues. They were contracted for fertilizing and grub control in addition to weeding, but those two items were not on the list.

They did the last treatment in November seed and aeration so my grass can be healthy next year come spring. I cannot wait for those results. Hoping to stay with them for years to come.
