I was very disappointed when Ultimate charged my HOA $41,800.00 for the January snow pushes. Granted, it was a major snow, but they charged us every time the snow accumulated 2 inches instead of waiting for the storm to subside. After 8 pushes, during and after the storm, thats the charge they came up with. We disputed the charge, and they lowered it somewhat, but Ill never trust them again. They are no longer our vendor and I do not recommend them. They will ultimately overcharge you.

I thought I had paid for 5 treatments up front. But I keep getting invoices monthly stating I owe them. I tried calling once, no response. I have emailed and no response. I have received 3 of the 5 treatments. Well see if I get the last 2 and if theyll try to collect, again, for those.

This is my first lawn growing season with Ultimate and they have done a fantastic job - my lawn has never looked better. They are also flexible with being able to come mow if life gets in the way. Ultimate also handles our snow removal and reliably show up every time! Christen, my main point of contact, is responsive and makes sure my inquiries get to the right people promptly.

Hired to aerate my lawn. Good communication, friendly and did a great job aerating and cleaned up afterwards.

I had attempted to manage my lawns health and appearance for 12 years but with little success. Finally, I decided to trust Ultimate Lawn Service, and it was the best decision I could have made. Over the years, I have seen significant improvement in the health of my grass, especially during the hot months. They know what they are doing when it comes to lawns, and I trust them completely.

I have used Ultimate Lawn for a couple years now, they have done a great job.

It was a fairly small job but required getting on a ladder to trim an arborvitae. The job done was to my total satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. Will have them do more in the future.

I had them do an irrigation start-up and backflow testing. They were available to come out within 2 days of the call and showed me how to run the system (new house) and explained all of the processes. Highly recommend!

Ultimate Lawn Services is a great company because of their knowledge, skills, customer service and friendliness. Ricky Ogg beautifully designed and his crew installed my new landscaping, including some new trees, recently. They will plant my plants in the landscaping rock soon. Each employee was respectful and friendly - hard workers for sure! Highly recommend this company.

Initially, we had a good experience, but the company needs to be more responsive to calls. The company would benefit by listening to the homeowners information before performing unnecessary work and then charging the homeowner. In addition, the company would benefit from recognizing when they may have made a mistake in their care. Overall, we feel the employees are knowledgeable but need to fix a few areas.

The guy in a truck was so nice and allowed me to get over in front of him into his lane when traffic was backed up.

I recently hired Ultimate to perform aeration on my yard and I am extremely impressed, they did not miss one spot of my yard and took the time to do a great job. Compared to competitors in Ankeny this is the best aeration service Ive ever received.

I recently lost over $1000 in tools and in desperation I put an ad on Facebook market saying I lost the tools. Michael reached out to ME saying he had the tools. I don t know about you but that s about as honest and reliable as you get. I d trust him in any business interaction with that.

Company truck hauling trailer with atv riding peoples rear ends and driving erratically on 100th st and valley west doing Atleast 50 mph in a 35 with a trailer! Called non emergency line to notify police. Driver also flipped me off at the red light we both came too after all his exaggerated effort. Very unprofessional and dangerous to be putting lives at risk to get stuck at a red light

Excellent! They redid our brick patio. They were very careful to do it right. Ricky and his workers were prompt, professional, polite, cleaned up meticulously, followed up and did what they said they would do. We were very pleased and highly recommend them!

Ultimate Lawn Services has done our mowing and snow removal for 10 years. They are very accommodating to our service requests. Their new online billing and payment system is great.

Worst company! They tear up yards, dont trim under the trees, leave piles of grass clippings in the yards. Unfortunately this company has been doing our lawn care for the past 4-5 yrs and the homeowners have complained to the board and property managers to no avail. If there was an option for 0 stars thats what I would give them.

If you want to pay for your landscaping twice, go ahead and hire Utimate Lawn Care. If you want it done right the first time, hire someone else. I learned this lesson the hard way!

We recently had Ultimate Lawn and Landscape complete a landscape project and couldnt be happier. From the first day until the job was finished, Ricky and his team were very professional and helpful. Our project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. We will use them again.

Ricky and team landscaped the side of our house to help stop water in our basement. I priced a lot of businesses, and his was the most professional and the most economical. They finished our landscaping on schedule, and we couldnt be happier with the results (including our DRY basement).

Landscaping may be good, however snow removal is shoddy, our townhouse association uses them and I have had to dig out my driveway myself every snow so far, and they are 50% for shoveling now also.

Was involved in an accident with one of their drivers and the owner took two months to pay for the damage! The owner did not want to take responsibility was dodging my calls, overall a very irresponsible company.

We have had Ultimate take care of our lawns and do landscaping. Very happy with the service!!

Doesnt communicate well and was very hard to get ahold of or get any information from. Would not recommend...

7 am holiday weekend and we needed a drive cleared of snow and ice. Ultimate Lawn answered the call and made it happen. Highly recommend this company.
